•[Change Of Plans]•

Y/N stared out the window holding her gun. Holly is supposed to be asleep during this time, but she's not. Holly watched as the afternoon sun peeked through, and her eyes shift to Y/N again. Neither of them got sleep, and Y/N is the one that needs it most.

She's worried about the girl's health. Always has been, always will be.

"D-do, you want breakfast?" Holly asks. The statement made Y/N turn away from the window. She looked at Holly and realized she hadn't fed her or her child.

"Crap! Holly, I'm sorry." Y/N got up, wincing and holding her side.  Holly pulled herself from the table and exhaled.

"No, it's fine." Y/N's brows touched as Holly began making her way to the kitchen. Nothing works, so Kita had to buy them a cooler and ice and a portable stove.

"No, it's not, I shouldn't forget that you're literally pregnant." She says, following behind her. Every step made her feel like she had been thrown in front of a moving train and is now being forced to walk.

"You should really rest, Y/N." Holly mutters. The bags of different foods Ukai stocked them out on are neatly placed on the counter, with a few being outside of the bag.

"I'll be fine, Holly."

"You always say stuff like that." She sighs. "You're just like Kenma." Y/N leaned against the wall and found herself smirking slightly. But it wouldn't last long upon remembering him. She knows what she's doing is messed up.

Her kids know, and Kenma, well... Their relationship isn't the best right now. And on top of that, her ring is gone.

"What do you want to eat?" Asks Holly.

Y/N looked at her and shook her head.

"I'm not hungry. And sit down, I'll cook."

"I'm not going to listen to you from here on out. You sit down, I'll make lunch, and ice your wounds. The more you stand and move around, the slower it'll take for you to heal. Now go."

Y/N sighed. "Fine..." And it would be that way for another month. Holly would cook, Y/N would ice herself down, and she would be forced to eat whether she wanted to or not. Holly made sure she did.

Her bruises faded, and her cuts healed. The only thing that still gives her trouble is her ribs, which are nearly a hundred percent. Not only that, Holly would make sure Y/N went to sleep as well.

"Here you go." Holly placed the plate of food down and sat on the other side of the table. Y/N thanked her and said a prayer before looking down at tonight's dinner.

A lot of meat. Y/N didn't say anything about it, though, since Holly is the nurse here, and she knows what foods Y/N should be eating. Holly massaged her stomach, feeling her time getting closer and closer.

Just two months to go.

"Do you need to have that out all the time?" Holly asks. Y/N ate a spoonful of rice and gazed at the handgun beside her plate. She made sure to get one for their safety, but it doesn't matter how far out they are from the world, her paranoia was catching up a bit and Y/N just wanted to be extra safe incase anything decided to surprise them.

Y/N was drifting to sleep until she heard a car pull up. Holly was upstairs sleeping, and Y/N had decided to keep guard. They've only been here for a week, and nobody has come out.

She knows that she told Kita to send Andy to check up on she and Holly every once in a while, but what if it's someone else?

Y/N unholstered the gun from the back of her waist and stood to her feet. It hurt her to do so, but she didn't care. She's used to this.
