•[Thanks, Boss]•

Kenma walked up the stairs, taking a left turn. He bumped into someone, making him catch them from falling.

"Woah, careful."

Kenma finally got a look at the person and wished he'd have stayed outside. This is literally the last person he wants to see if he's being honest with himself.

"Oh, Mr.Kozume, hi." Eimi says, smiling. Kenma let her go, stepping back. Just then, Suna banged the hallway.

He cleared his throat, putting his head down as he passed them.

"Excuse me." He says lowly, making his way to the bathroom that down the hall to the left.

"Ah crap."

"Is everything alright Mr.Kozume?" She says gaining his attention.

"Oh, I was just, going to use the bathroom but...he beat me to it." He exhales.

"You could use my bathroom if you want."

"Oh, no, that's fine. I'll wait it out." He says sending her a faint smile. He was about to leave but she stopped him, grabbing him by the upper arm.

Kenma breathed out, glancing around. It's quiet and empty. He passed Barbara back in the kitchen, she was tending to the chicken she left in the oven before they came.

"It's fine, Yuri isn't in my room. She went to take a few birthday pics with Keitaro who's as always, locking himself in his room, so it's fine." She says.

Kenma finally caved in.

"S-sure. Fine."

Eimi smiles, leading Kenma to her room that's down the hall to the right. Kenma glanced around, spotting the different doors that's far apart from each other.

It's a pretty big house for a four bedroom. Well, five including the guest room.

Kenma finally reached Eimi's room and the smell of perfume hit his nose. A nice smell, but a bit suffocating.

"It's right over there." She points out. Kenma gave her a slight nod and went for the use. Upon locking the door he exhaled.

"Fucking hell."

Kenma took about a minute, never wanting to pee, he just wanted to get away for a bit. Why? He doesn't know.

Kenma just splashed his face with water, some catching his hair. He exhales, wiping his face dry before he left the bathroom.

"Thanks, Eimi."

"N-no problem. Hey, Mr.Kozume?"

"Hm?"

"Can I have a picture?"

"Umm..."

"Please, it is my birthday." She says with a smile. Kenma moved away from the door, thinking why not.

"Sure."

"Yay!" She grabbed her phone from her bed and pulled him over to her ring light. She turned it on, holding her phone up.
