Zaayan stood there with his arms folded on his chest as he watched his brother's closely. Raayan immediately looked up scared but he found it quite unbelievable when there was no angry glare like usual on his brother's face he was just casually staring at them.
"Kia plan Raayan?" Zaayan now sat down on the couch and started removing his shoes. Little Ayaan noticed that he was asking questions to Raayan so he quietly decided to sneak out but when he was just about to leave Zaayan held his arm stopping him dead in his tracks.
"Bhaiya woh birt.." Raayan trailed off as he couldn't lie to his brother.
"Let it be hum bad me baat krnge mujhe wese hi tumse baat karni hai." Zaayan now gave him a stern look as he realised that his brother was just about to lie.
Raayan paled as his face lost all his colours his brother can catch up his lies faster than anyone he was only hoping this conversation won't go in that way which can lead him in pain.
"Aur ap! Ye kia ha? Sari books phela kar games chal rahi ha yahn? Homework complete kia?" Zaayan pulled the young boy and tugged him between his knees.
Ayaan looked down ashamed he had no idea his brother would come this early.
"Ayaan! Kuch poocha haina mene homework complete kia?" Zaayan asked with firm edge to his tone.
Ayaan meekly shook his head.
"Mene mana kia haina begair homework complete kre TV pe nahi jana? Why do you always break rules?" Zaayan asked firmly.
"Bhaiya wo kabse homework karaha tha thak gaya tha to mene use allow krdia." Raayan couldn't help but intervene.
Ayaan quickly nodded confirming the situation he was habitual of Raayan taking his blame.
Zaayan cracked a smile but composed himself before his brothers can notice.
"Thak gaye the ya aa nhi raha?" He asked Ayaan.
"Araha tha promise bas thak gaya tha." Ayaan replied.
"Toh ye tuition me kyu homework nahi kreleta?" Raayan asked confused.
"Ye in bhaiya se poochein!" Ayaan scoffed angrily and glared at Zaayan.
"Isliye kyu ke homework khud karna chaiye kuch muskhil lage to help leni chaiye leken tuition me beth kar homework nahi krna chaiye." Zaayan replied.
"Bhaiyaa!" Ayaan whiled and jumped on his lap.
Zaayan also melted immediately as he cuddled him closer.
"Ji?" He replied.
"Mujhe bhooki lagrahi hai! Pokare khane hai please banado." Ayaan was smart enough to get himself out of hot waters.
"Kyu lunch nahi kia?" Zaayan asked.
"Kia tha wapis bhook lagrahi hai." Ayaan replied.
Zaayan rolled his eyes and put him down.
"Homework completed karo me banata hu! Raayan follow me." Zaayan said and left the room.
"Apne kuch garbar ki?" Ayaan asked Raayan.
"Nahi yar!" Raayan replied.
"Chalo ap homework karo me ata hu." Raayan pecked his head and left for kitchen.
Zaayan smiled at him when he entered the kitchen immediately making him calm down.
"Ye apkaa ladla jo farmaish karta ha apko puri krna zaruri hai?" Raayan asked when he saw him cutting onions.
"Tumhe kuch khana ha?" He asked.
"Nahi bhaiya ye kafi hai." Raayan replied.
"Okay ye pakro Aloo kat ke do mujhe." Zaayan gave him potatoes.
