"I guess we failed last night." Hoseok laughs as he comes to stand beside Jimin, sand warm under his feet. Taehyung yells something from a distance and he looks up to see his boyfriend already seated close to the shore, hands digging into the wetter sand and forming a small mountain. Jungkook pulls away from the group to head towards Taehyung after shooting Jimin a quick smile, one met with an approving head nod. Jimin turns to Hoseok and he grimaces.

"Sorry, Hobi. Things got kind of heavy."

Hoseok shakes his head. "You can call it heavy. That guy freaks me out."

"He freaks us all out. Except for Jungkook. He's just angry."

"I don't blame him for that. I'd be angry, too if somebody was trying to come on to me after I told them repeatedly that I'm with someone else."

Jimin looks down at the bag hanging from his arm and he sighs audibly. "Yeah, but honestly," He pulls in his lips. "I don't want him to fight with Yugyeom. I really don't."

"Chim, you know this guy doesn't seem to understand words. Maybe he needs some sense knocked into him."

"What if he comes today?"

"Jungkook will hit him."

"I don't want him to."

"I don't think you can stop it." Hoseok moves forward a couple of steps to wrap his arm around Jimin's shoulders and he smiles. "Come on. Don't be upset today, we're at the beach! Jungkook hitting that moron should be the last thing on your mind. Look!" He points towards their partners individually kneeling beside a pair of sand mounds still in their beginning stages of construction. "Those children. Want to get in the water with me?"

Jimin huffs under Hoseok's arm and he nimbly ducks out of the others hold. He appreciates the concern from his friend and the offer of a distraction, but he can't shake the weight off of his shoulders. "I kind of just want to be alone for a minute."

Hoseok looks a little hurt, but he caves and nods his head, watching as his friend leaves to find a solitary spot on the sand away from the group. Jimin stays in his head too much and he knows it's the primary reason he's feeling so down, his thoughts racing around endlessly, focusing on what ifs and scenarios that probably will never come to be. Hoseok heaves a lengthy sigh and trudges through the heavy sand to go and monitor the youngest two and all of their building endeavors.

Jimin sifts his fingers absentmindedly through the sand beneath him. He hears the crumple of steps coming towards him and peers up to find Seokjin a few meters away.

"What are you sitting all the way over here for?" The older man calls to him. A blanket is draped over his arm. "Help me lay this out and stop trying to get sand in your pants."

"I want to be alone for a bit, hyung."

"Too bad. I'm here." Seokjin waves for Jimin to stand up. "Hurry and help me. Lets talk."

Jimin groans, but he obliges, standing to grab an end of the sizable blanket and they place it down on the sand, weighing the corners with miscellaneous objects to keep the wind from blowing it away before they can sit.

"Come." Seokjin orders, patting the spot beside him after he sits down first. "Don't put your sandy feet on the blanket or I'll kick you off of it. Tell me what's on your mind."
