Taylor Swift Imagines (Book 1)

New kitten. ✅

I walk into the animal shelter shop, and a women at the front desk smiles at me.

"Hello. How may I help you?" She asks kindly.

"I'm thinking about getting a new cat today." I said.

"Great. What kind are you looking for?" The women asks.

"Any kind. Just as long as it's cute." I said and the women laughed.

"Follow me. We have a new litter today." The women said and opened a door and walked into the back of the shop.

"Do you have any other cats at home?" The women asked.

"Yes I have three so far. Meredith who is six years old. Olivia who is five years old. And Benjamin who is one years old." I said.

"Wow. You have quite the collection." The women joked laughing.

"Yeah. I'm a cat person." I said.

"Here they are." The women said

I look in to see ten baby kittens laying in a small bed or some playing with a ball of yarn on the floor.

"Oh my god." I said.

I fell in love with them all instantly.

But sadly I can only take one of them home.

As I'm looking at them one kitten got my attention.

There is one small cat with white fur with some brown spots in its fur. The cat has the bluest eyes I've ever seen.

"Can I see that one?" I ask pointing to it.

"Oh Y/N that's one is one of the boys." The women said.

The women opened the cage and picked the kitten up and passing him on to me.

I grab the kitten and he has the softest fur I have ever felt.

"Oh my god you are so cute." I said.

The kitten looks at me and I swear the kittens eye's are even more bright blue up close.

The kitten meows making my heart melt.

"Awww." I said.

"Is that the one?" The women asked.

"I think so." I said smiling.

"Wonderful! Follow me up front so you can sign some paperwork." The women said.

We went up front and I signed some papers laying that this kitten in now mine.

"He is all your's. What are you going to name him?" The women asked.

"Benjamin Button." I said.

"What a beautiful name." The worker said signing his name on a piece of paper.

"He is all your's now." The women said having me the paperwork.

"Thank you so much!" I said happily grabbing the paperwork.

I walked out of the animal shelter and got into the car.

"To the pet store please." I said to my driver.

We arrived at the pet store and I bought all the things a new kitten would need. Food, milk, some cat toys, a new cat bed. I bought the things and. Went back into the car.

"Let's go home." I said and drive home.

We arrived home and I picked up Benjamin.

"This is your home." I said to him as I walked to the front door and opened it.

"Meredith Olivia. I'm home. I want you to meet someone." I said.

So I decided I wanted to write a book with all short stories for idea's I came up with but I didn't want to write a whole book about it. Or some random idea's that popped into my head. Enjoy!
