*Tiana's POV*
Giovanny parked in the my old parking lot. It felt like coming back being to an unknown place but with a familiar feeling. I hopped down with Jason as Giovanny and JongIn did the same, taking the luggages from the trunk. I looked around, trying to catch a glimpse of my old car but it wasn't there.
" Gio, where is my car?
-I asked your boss and he said he threw it away because she was too old. Instead we bought you the SUV. it's your birthday gift, I hope you like it." He said winking at me.
"Why would you do that without asking me?" I yelled shocked and a bit upset. He softly slapped my forehead.
"What you are supposed to say is 'Thank you, I very much like it!'.
-Thank you, I very much like it and I will very much hit you if you do that again!" I said sarcastically, making him chuckle.
He locked the car and then gave me the key. We all walked to the door of the building, pushing the glass door made me feel kind of uneasy, as we were getting closer to the elevator. Jason was walking half asleep, his hand in mine. We took the elevator and the trip up to the fifth floor felt not long enough. The door opened on the old lady living next to my apartment, she looked at me as if I was a ghost.
"Miss Brewly? How long has is been? I thought you had moved.
-No, I was working in another country but I will probably move soon, for real this time.
-Oh, really? I will miss your cookies at the neighbors' meeting, I already did though." She add giggling. She hadn't change a little bit, wearing the same clothes as before.
we got out of the elevator and she went in. She waved us goodbye with a big smile as she always had. She was a very kind woman, she do loved my cookies so when I had the time the time to bake some for Jason I was doing some more for her and she would give me one of her famous cupcakes in exchange. An adorable old lady we would love to meet everyday. Seeing her kind smile was almost making me forget of the fact I had been away for so long.
We walked to the end of the corridor, to the door with a shiny golden '55' ornament. I asked JongIn for my bag that he didn't want me to carry on my own. He gave it to me and it wasn't hard to find my keys in a very much empty bag. It felt strange to not have makeup, an agenda and everything I used to have as working woman in my bag anymore. I turned the key in the hole and let the door open on an very much clean apartment to my surprise. I entered in so JongIn and Giovanny could finally get rid of the luggages. The first thing who caught my attention was the dark wooden door across the living room. This is what I didn't want to see. Jason looked at me, followed my stare and when he saw what I was staring at, he pulled on my sleeve. I looked at him and understood he was as upset as me to be back near this door.
