Time for the truth

After what seemed like a wild morning, we took a long ass nap till around 6. I invited Riley and Ben over and I made dinner. Well I should say Aaron made dinner, he grilled some steaks and made some mashed potatoes and corn. I just made a salad. Ya Sia good job you are an angel who can't really cook. "How is Riley!?" Nana asks me. "She is alright she says hi... she loves you." I tell her and I'm looking right at Riley. I said it out loud by accident and Riley just smiled. "I love you both." She says. I smile back at her and tell Nana I have to go.
      We are all gathered around this wooden table in the middle of the dining room with a fire going.  "How's the food?" Aaron asks, "it's good like always." Ben say's back. Riley and me nod our head in agreement. "Sia tell us more about yourself I suppose." Ben says to me in what seems like an irritated tone. I just shoot him a glare and he shuts up quickly. "You guys really wanna know the whole story huh?" I ask. They all just nod there heads like robots. "The whole reason I am here is because I had to get away from Hades.. he tortures me and uses me for his own pleasure, whenever Persephone isn't around." They all looked at me and Aaron goes "is that why when we first met you where shy around guys and hid your arms.. did he hurt you?" I nod my head and said "it's Hades, he isn't nice. Did you expect the keeper of Hell to be nice?" Riley spoke up finally, "Why did you become close to me?" She asks with tears in her eyes. "Riley, you seemed so pure and amazing. I didn't just talk to you because Nana wanted me to watch over you, I could feel your energy and I knew, you where a good person. I could of watched over you from afar but i choice to talk to you instead. You remind me so much of your sister." I say staring straight into Riley's eyes. "This is the first time you are truly honest with us." She says back. I nod my head. I know it is, I usually hide everything and my feelings for the sake of everyone. Aaron speaks up and I was surprised at his words. "Sia can you show us how you are when you aren't angry? If not that's okay.." Riley and Ben agree and ask me.
    For everyone sake we did it outside and I told them to stand away from me. My eyes turned dark red and my wings appeared. I stared at them and I said, "This is me." They all where in aw. "You are beautiful.." Aaron says. Riley is excited for what I don't even know, and Ben is just still in aw. "YOU ARE SO PRETTY OH MY GOODNESS!!!" She shouts. Ben tells Riley to calm down and she slaps his hand away and tells him to shut up. I chuckled at the site of her acting like a little kid. "Your halo, it isn't full is it?" Aaron asks with a sadden look. "Um ya.. because I'm not fully an angel I don't get their fancy perks. Halo is half, wings aren't beautiful, my eyes aren't a pretty color..." I say embarrassed and look down at my feet. "You still are beautiful." He says and holds my hand. I smile at him and Riley goes "THIS IS BEAUTIFUL, WHAT THE HECK!" Everyone laughs at Riley's sudden comment.
