"We have good news, Ms. Rowland." a different doctor to my normal said to me. She pointed to the ultrasound. "The genitals are very clear and we are able to determine that the baby is a girl." I gently rubbed the sides of my belly.
"Thank you, doc." Colby said. We made eye contact and smiled at each other. We know the name, now.
"It's no problem, guys. Your next appointment is at twenty weeks, I believe?"
"Um, yes." I confirmed. Colby grabbed my hand, rubbing his thumb over the ring on it.
"Your normal doctor will see you then. May I ask, when are you guys getting married?" the doctor pointed the ring Colby had now let go of, but not the hand.
"November." Colby answered."
"This November?"
"Yes."
"Ah, getting married while pregnant. Such cute photos." the doctor smiled at us then allowed us to go. I held Colby's hand on the way to the car. Today we have to tell the world about baby Brock.
When we got home, Sam, Kat, Jake, Faith, and Callum were waiting for us. We told them that they'd find out the gender when we reveal that I'm pregnant on Instagram. Our personal lives were very separate from the camera lately. I hadn't been in a video for a while since... well because I was in jail then pregnant, then engaged... but that's not the point!
