16 rewards when you fasting

Today I wanted to share with you something important that I've learned by being a Christian.

You know, many christian don't like to fast because they want to conserve their body, they just don't want to miss food or to private themselves for something they like even if it's for only one day.

Sometimes we like to please
ourselves than to please God,( very bad).

I've also been part of those Christians who don't like to fast. Because of my health condition( stomach inflammation)
I thought that I have to eat a lot and not to avoid food so that I'll be healthy.

But the day I found this verse in the Bible.
I completely changed my opinion about fasting.

Matthew 10:39
He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.

However you life condition is, if you put God first by doing what he really wants. He will rewards you.

So here are 16 rewards when you fasting. You'll find it in Isaiah 58

1rst: then your light shall break forth like the morning,

2nd: your healing shall spring forth speedily,

3rd: and your righteousness shall go before you.

4th: the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

5th: then you shall call, and the Lord will answer.

6th: you shall cry, and He will say, ' Here I am.'

7th: The pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness.

8th: then your light shall dawn in the darkness.
And your darkness shall be as the noonday.

9th: the Lord will guide you continually,

10th: and satisfy your soul in drought,

11th: And strengthen your bones;

12th: you shall be like a watered garden,

13th: and like a spring of water ,whose waters do not fails.

14th: Those from among you ,
Shall build the old waste places;

15th: you shall raise up the foundations of many generations;

16th: and you shall be called the Repairer of the breach.

Don’t these sound like wonderful rewards? I know you have rewards you’re seeking. Why not write them down, and plan a fast? You have nothing to lose (except a few pounds), and God will certainly show Himself faithful.
