Kid remained asleep where she was.

Neon was beginning to get very confused about the little girl he had saved from the weird house. So... Kid's name was Jane Princely. She looked more like a Kid than a Jane.

After a moment, Neon followed after the Travellers, and followed them into a room. Neon was surprised how big the base was, the whole base itself was bigger than the airship, which he didn't think was even possible. They had gotten here in a hurry to try and get Kid to the hospital ward. The base was where all Traveller Agents assembled and lived for the long run. Others tended to... well... travel, by land and airship.

Eventually, they stopped and went into a door; the door looked exactly like every other door Neon had passed in the hallways. How could they tell the difference?!

The room inside was darker than Neon's eyes could adjust to. Anything with any light on it was in a bright baby blue colour. The walls had many overlapping lines of the colour; its light pulsed around them like race cars on a track. In the centre there was a giant table, its entire surface was a bright blue colour and it looked like Jason was drawing something with his fingers on the surface. Mary, Goldie and the doctor looked at the surface as Mr Traveller continued with his writing.

Neon stood before the table also as he looked. "What are you guys doing?" Neon asked.

"Putting together some groups," Jason informed, he seemed very intent in this as he made several thought bubbles on the table.

"Sir, we don't need you to make a childish chart for us," Mary informed, "we're aware of dangers already in the world."

"But now we have a potential Representative," Jason informed, "word will get out about it. Creatures will become bolder to go after her, and our researchers want to get as much information about Representatives as possible." He seemed to pull the charts out of the table into a 3D hologram. "Oh, and I'm doing this more for Goldie's benefit."

Goldie was about to object, when he froze mid sound and frowned, "yeah..."

Everybody managed a smirk, "okay. I have one of our researchers on the line," Jason informed as he pulled a hologram of a man in a similar lab coat to the doctor. "Professor Arthurs, is the connection okay?" Jason asked.

Professor Arthurs nodded, "yes. Connection is fine."

"Okay," Jason pulled up some of the boxes, "A Representative, as I have said before," Jason said, "Now, let's start with four groups; protect, destroy, capture and eat-"

"I'm sorry, what?" Neon's mind didn't comprehend the last one, "there are things out there that want to eat Kid?" Neon asked.

"Well, yes, you too most likely because of your contact with her," Jason explained.

Neon's face went into a seizure of cringes and winces, and just as suddenly any emotion disappeared from it and he pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed heavily through his nose, "Oh God... it almost hurts," he mumbled, "so you're telling me, that there are things out there that may want to destroy us, capture us or eat us?" Neon asked.

"The creatures and groups that'll want to eat or destroy Kid will want to destroy you because they think you're her Master," the researcher informed.

Neon's mind imploded, "what?! Master? I never agreed to that!"

"You don't necessarily have to," Professor Arthurs informed, "loyalty isn't something anybody can force, decide for another or choose. Under whatever circumstances you two had seemed to be enough for her to pledge enough loyalty to you."

"But she hasn't pledged herself to me," Neon informed.

"It actually looks like she has," Goldie informed.
