Goldie was heading off to breakfast and went to go get the rookies so he had some company. He opened Neon's door and saw him already dressed and stuffing his shoulder bag full of all his equipment which had once been scattered around his room.

Goldie was too busy suffering from morning grogginess to be too worried about this. "What're you packing for?" Goldie asked.

Neon didn't look at him as he continued to pack, "I need to go somewhere," Neon informed as he stuffed a shirt in his bag and hung it on his shoulder.

Goldie looked to Kid, who was sitting on the bed watching him getting frantically ready to go somewhere.

"Where are you going?" Goldie asked.

"I just need to go somewhere, okay," Neon snapped as he tried pushing past Goldie, but Goldie didn't budge. It was as if nobody had run into him in the first place.

"You do realise you can't leave without permission from either Jason or Harold," Goldie explained.

Neon groaned as he pushed himself off the ground, "fine then. I need to go talk to Jason then."

Kid hopped off the bed and went to follow Neon, but he didn't even wait for her as he barged out of the room and down the hallway to go to the breakfast hall to find Jason Traveller.

An hour later, Goldie was helping Neon pack one of the smaller airships. Mary watched Goldie drag some sacks into the airship. She looked to her boss, "where are they going, sir?"

"Neon has asked for some personal time to go check up on a few things," Jason explained, "apparently something Kid said to him is upsetting him and he wants to go to his old home to double check on a couple of things."

"Is he going on his own?" Mary asked.

Jason shook his head as he tightened his head's grip of the hat he wore, "I'm making sure Goldie is going with him and Jesse is sending a dove to follow them at all times."

"What about Kid? Is she staying here or going with them?" Mary asked.

Before Jason could even answer, Neon was growling at Kid, "Would you get off me?!" He complained as he tried to peel Kid's hands off his waist and hips, she had a grip like an octopus as she snuggled tightly against him. Her hands slipped off his hips, but he wasn't given any relief of her as she hooked her legs around one of his and hugged his knee like a koala hugs a tree. Neon attempted to kick her off, he dragged her across the ground and tried unsticking her from his leg, but doing that only resulted in Kid threatening to bite him.

"If Kid will have her way, I'm gonna guess she's going to go with them," Jason informed, he was obviously amused by the smirk tugging on his lips as he walked away.

Mary remained where she stood as she watched Kid complain and Neon complain and eventually cave in to let her come. Hearing these words, Kid smiled, slipped off his leg and stood up smiling to him. Neon called her annoying as he stomped onto the airship. Mary sighed as she looked to another airship that had already been loaded, Mr Traveller and herself would most likely be heading out as well soon.

While in her thoughts, Mary felt like someone had run into her. Kid had run up and given her a hug. She jumped at the contact but managed an awkward smirk to her happy face as she pulled away. Kid remained standing there with her happy stare for a long moment before Neon called out to her, "You coming or not?" he yelled.

Kid looked to him and then back to Mary, she did some odd form of goodbye and ran over to Neon as he started closing the doors to the airship.

Mary waved to her when Kid's head popped up in one of the smaller windows and gave the most childish wave possible. Mary found it odd that she found some weird comfort in Kid's childishness.
