Christmas at the Grimmauld

I climbed up the ladder to put the star on top of the Christmas tree, they've insisted to put it by magic but I told them that I've never tried to put up a Christmas tree ever in my life, "There, all done!" I said as I climbed down the ladder, "High five!" I said and me and the girls high fived as we admired the tree that we have decorated.

We all looked at each other as we heard Sirius singing on top of his lungs happily, we all joined as we laughed and smiled.

The next day, the cold breeze touched my face as I opened my window, I closed my eyes as I breathe in the cold winter air. "Merry Christmas to you too" I said to myself. Christmas mornings...

"Good haul this year," said Ron who had just got out of his room as I walked down the stairs, I stopped to talk to him. "Thanks for the new Quidditch gloves by the way, they we're Bloody brilliant!" he said, I smiled at him.

"You're welcome, it was a last minute shopping though. I'm glad you liked it" I said as we stood in front of their room. All of a sudden the twins appeared in front of us making us jump in shock

"Merry Christmas," said George as I clutched my chest in shock

"Blimey! You've almost caused me a heart attack!" I said and they flashed an apologetic look.

"Don't go downstairs for a bit" George continued as he blocked our way. The door behind us opened and revealed Harry

                 "Why not?" asked Ron

"Mum's crying again," Fred said heavily. "Percy sent back his Christmas jumper." He explained

"Without a note," added George. "Hasn't asked how Dad is or visited him or anything..." said George as he pushed us three to Harry and Ron's room. Why are they taking me with them?!

"We tried to comfort her," said Fred, moving around inside of Harry and Ron's room to look at Harry's portrait. "Told her Percy's nothing more than humongous pile of rat droppings—" said Fred but was cut off by George

"—didn't work," George said, helping himself to a Chocolate Frog. "So Lupin took over. Best let him cheer her up before we go down for breakfast, I reckon."

"That nasty git! Tell Molly I'll wear the jumper! P for Paris" I said angrily and they just let out giggles and laughs as they looked at me.

"What's that supposed to be anyway?" asked Fred, squinting at Dobby's painting gift to Harry. "Looks like a gibbon with two black eyes." He said as he examined it

"It's Harry!" said George, pointing at the back of the picture. "Says so on the back!" he confidently said

"Good likeness," said Fred, grinning. Harry threw his new homework diary at him, it hit the wall opposite and fell to the floor where it said happily,

"If you've dotted the I's and crossed the t's then you may do whatever you pleased!"

We looked at each other before laughing and finally heading down for breakfast. "Merry Christmas!" I said as I flashed them all a wide smile while I sprint and hop to the kitchen where they were all at.
