♡ when you first brought up the idea to him, he was so excited. it was adorable to see how his facial expression changed and how his eyes lit up

♡  he kept on asking you about the tattoo you wanted to get. what inspired it, when you thought of if, why you wanted it, where you wanted to get it, who drew the final design, and others

♡ you had so much fun talking to him about it. talking to him was always enjoyable, but even more so when you could tell that he genuinely cared about you

♡ you talked his ear off but he seem to mind it at all, encouraging you to tell him more

♡ you asked him about his ink as well. which one hurt the most, who one meant the most, which one meant the least, if he regrets any of them

♡ after that, he recommends you a bunch of tattoo artists. people who he has assured you are professional and passionate about the art and he was sure would take good care of you

♡ turns out, he's befriended some of them which was definitely a good sign. punk didn't just befriend anyone

♡ you almost immediately trusted them because of that

♡ you do thorough research on all of these artists and all of them were great from what you could tell. punk definitely wasn't lying. they're all incredibly talented in their different ways

♡ like with any other artist, they specialized in a certain look. others had more line art tattoo projects, others were better at tattooing human faces and bodies, others were good at cuter designs, and others were better at the whole bad ass look

♡ that's what you based your chosen artist on since they all had good reviews when it came to hospitality, pricing, safety, sanitation, and others like that

♡ you met with your chosen artist a few weeks before your appointment, only to get a feel of their vibe, smooth over what you wanted, and the pricing they were to implement

♡ punk was there throughout the whole talk

♡ you were so excited throughout the whole week, and punk was glad to see you so happy

♡ however, when the day you were to actually get your tattoo came, you became nervous

♡ you talked to punk about everything you worried about and he was quick in trying to soothe you, but also validate whatever you were feeling

♡ he drove the both of you there, knowing that you probably wouldn't want to drive when you were done
