As both Nocte and Lucette exited that house and walked a few metres, Nocte came to a stop and stared up at the sky. As she was about to speak to him, he spoke first.

"There is something about this area, something oddly relaxing. You could just stare at those waterfalls and things will just melt away...."

As Nocte talked, Lucette looked in the direction of the waterfalls, and she noticed that they were stunning, even if they were a bit weird. But, she had to admit that he had a point.

"Y'know, it tends to rain a lot here."

"Yeah...." She spoke back to him. "I actually heard it last night, it was quite a big downpour too." It was also the night that she randomly met that pretty little cat who left her that blue rose. She couldn't help feeling rather curious as to who that was.

"Well yes, that's understandable."

"By the way, where are we going? I don't think we can go far considering the current circumstances, right?"

"Well...." Nocte stops looking up at the sky and turns around to face her. "Everything will be alright as long as you stay close to me."

As both of them talked, Lucette noticed the three horses come over, and she saw that Arcana was the first to speak.

"We are leaving today, as I have some personal matters to attend to."

"Oh, really?" Lucette tilted her head.

As she asked that question, she heard grumbling and she could tell that it was Seraph. Finis then barges past both of them and stands right in front of Lucette's face.

"I'm not leaving just yet though, I'm going to hang out with my darlings."

She could only guess that he meant Ichthys and Corvus with his 'darlings' comment. However, she couldn't help smiling since she remembered a past memory. This memory involved both of them escaping Finis' so called 'nanny' duties, and they hung around her, however, they were eventually found out and dragged back. She then realised that stuff like that kept happening actually. But, before all three of them went, she had something to say to them.

"Well, I must thank you for all your efforts." She bowed her head before all of them.

"We're happy to help." Arcana bowed his silky black head too. A portal appeared behind him, and, with his head still bowed down, he walked backwards into the portal. "Until we meet again." Then Arcana vanished, taking the portal with him.

"Well.... Bye." Seraph stared at Lucette then looked in Nocte's direction, and saw that he nodded at her. However, unlike Arcana, she just walked away. When she was far enough away, Nocte laughed a little.

"Seraph hates the portals, since it apparently messes up her hair. She won't use them unless it's absolutely necessary."

"Really?" Somehow, Lucette was really not surprised by that.

"Oh yeah, she won't admit that it's her own doing that her hair is getting messed up. She won't acknowledge that fact."

"Prideful?"

"Somewhat?" He shrugged.

"Well...." Finis spoke up. "I shall bid you goodbye, for now." With a little nod of his head, he kind of skipped towards the house.

As she watched Finis leave, she then noticed that Nocte had moved round and he now held out his hand to her. As she remembered the brothers' warning, she gingerly took it.

In an instant, she found herself in an area that she wasn't sure of.

"We'll be staying here for a short while. To, y'know, throw off the scent." Nocte mentioned as he let go of her hand.
