FOREVER Family ( Sequel to TROUBLE WATERS)

Today was Saturday morning and we three were busy making sure along with with employees the rebranding and opening of the newly restaurant that we had done.  We knocked the old one done and my brother, Carlo, designed this one for us. When we in Mexico we decided we wanted to knock  the restaurant down and start from new.  It took awhile to get the permits so we stayed open until we could get them. We paid our employees to work at meals and wheels and to take vacations during this time.

Juanita the parking lot is packed . It looks good Mandi and for once no one is requiring the handicap parking and hope all our family and friends can keep it that way.

Okay everyone Mandi, Michele and I want to thank you for hanging in there.  Let's open and have some fun after we recheck everything 

Our family and friends flew in from out of the country and in the state.

Good afternoon and walk around.  I will let Carlo speak because if I don't we will never hear the end of it. Go ahead Carlo.

As you all know we took a much needed family vacation after Christmas and many of us attended. While we were there my sister and her two fellow long time friends joined her in the old Juanita restaurant to get it going when she was struggling. They did well.  While in Mexico they told me of their plan , but I  was sworn to secrecy. After my failed attempts to women didn't work out, I started to work on a new design in my head taking many notes.  We found the roles they wanted and this is the outcome.  I know our parents and others who have moved on with God are with us now and proud as I am as her older and good looking and talented brother.  I love you sis. Carlo your done. Yes auntie Kiki. Everyone Lisa and I would like to thank you on waiting for the grand reopening of Juanita's until Lisa and Jane got better.  Please no more surgeries for awhile.  Juanita, Mandi and Michele we all are proud of you Salud. If any of you have too much. Uber will be called. This is why the employees collected all keys when you arrived.  As Kiki has stated,  Juanita, Mandi and myself were very fortunate to start a new building and keep our staff employees while they worked for the meals on wheels. MY TURN NOW. We donated all the old furniture to the children's shelter and the homeless project for Sacramento students as well as habitat for humanity. Juanita.  .I  just want to thank you Michele and Mandi coming from Spain and New York and giving up your successful careers their as chefs to help me get back into the black and we have survived ups and downs.  I appreciate your support as well as many as you.  We have already cooked the food.  The drinks are not on the house. Only the food. Please tip the staff well.  Any donations will be
Donated to the homeless project for Sacramento students. Enjoy.  The staff will be bringing the food out.  Buffet style. 
Antonio buddies will be playing for us while we eat.

Antonio's buddies played a variety of music which we paid. Joey and Casey took today off  to join us. Parker's mother and aunt flew in along with Jackie. Richard. Joey,  David,  Jenna. Deb, Severide, Joe and Stella and June came alone. We were sad to hear she had broken up with her girlfriend.  The Wright families, Phillip Atwood and my cousins Avery and Jane's employees joined us as well.

Everyone finally left.  The staff and us cleaned up and were out of their by 8:39. I drove home and stopped off at Katelyn's to give her the donations which added up to close to a thousand dollars. We were surprised by this amount but grateful too.

We ate and danced. We finally finished around 6. We were not going to open until Tuesday for the public.
The three of us were happy with the turn out and they called me before we went to bed tired but grateful.
