As promised Casey was here at seven. We made breakfast and asked Casey to join us . Avery and June I ate breakfast already but love some coffee so I can continue working. I want to get this done. I will put it in a travel cup for you so the dust and whatever else you are doing will stay out of it. Avery please turn the thermostat to 80. This will speed up the drying the drying time for the grout and give me time to finish the other bathroom. I did what he asked while June poured him his coffee and handed it to him after putting coffee cream in it. Avery the washer dryer and the other furniture is here. Okay. Avery the heat will help the paint to dry too quicker..I better get the kitchen cleaned up. We hired a cleaning service yet. I still need to call Harold too for him to service our pool and to do the yard.

I like this room with your couches June. I do too. I put the ladders as you wanted that Casey brought from your parents that we forgot. The chain saw, gas cans ,ice chest and cords are put away too..June you did a good job thank you. Your very welcome

Casey lunch is ready. Wow chicken BBQ kabobs with Ceasars salad and beer thank you. I don't want you passing out. I was going to go out and pick something up but this is much better Avery. Thank you. June the bathrooms are painted. We just have to do the wiring for your breakdown and offices plus install the lights. Your studio will be ready to open after the inspection is signed off. We'll tomorrow while you are having dinner with Parker I will meet the furniture delivery people to set up the offices and the refrigerator and microwave to be delivered. I couldn't believe you are having a microwave delivered June. Casey it was at home depot. They were going to charge me the same price so why not Avery's car was filled with our bag and paint and supplies. I don't blame you then.
