Chapter 79 - Music Room

You kiss Nat and Wanda before going off to the music room to get ready for the meeting with Clint's managers. After about 3 hours of getting the songs together, you get a text from Wanda

Wanda: Hey Love, are you doing ok?

Y/N: Yah. Why do you ask, love?

Wanda: Bc it's been over 3 hours and just checking on you

Y/N: Really? 3 hours? I'm sorry love. I didn't realize it had been that long. I'm sorry. Where are you at right now?

Wanda: In the kitchen. Do you need a snack?

Y/N: Ok. I will be there soon. What type of snack are you talking about? Food or you?

Wanda: Um... Food. Yah, I was talking about food

Y/N: Sure you were. I will be down in 5 minutes

Wanda: Ok. See you soon

You put away your music stuff and head down to the kitchen where you see Wanda and Nat at. So you go hug Wanda and kiss her then go hug Nat and sit next to her at the bar.

Nat: You ok there, sweetheart?

Y/N: Yah. Why wouldn't I be?

Wanda: Bc you were in the music room for almost 4 hours

Y/N: Yah. Just nervous about tomorrow morning is all

Nat: I get that. This is new for you but you're going to be ok. I can promise you that

Y/N: Thanks mom. You're still going to be there right?

Nat: Ofc I will be. I don't want to be anywhere else

Y/N: Thanks

Wanda: I will be there as well with you

Y/N: Thank you, love

Nat: So how many songs do you have in total that you have recorded so far?

Y/N: Recorded would be 23. Total written would be 45 songs. But really only about 10 songs that I will not be releasing

Wanda: That's a lot. When have you had time to write them?

Y/N: Well, about 20 of them I wrote when I would disappear to be by myself but 15 of them was when I was in Hydra and the Red Room because it was the only thing that got me through the pain

Nat: I hate to bring up the past but...

Y/N: No mom, I didn't sleep. I got maybe a total of 30 to 45 minutes of sleep before the nightmares got to me. That all changed when you got me out and I found and met Wanda. And it's ok. You didn't know. I just hate talking about my past but I know that I will have to eventually.

Nat: I love you sweetheart but you don't need to talk about it unless you want to. I will never pressure you into talking about it

Y/N: Thanks but eventually I will be able to talk about it and I want to be able to talk to you and Wanda about it

Wanda: We will both be here when you are ready

Y/N: Thanks. Ok enough of the mood being down. What are you two doing for the rest of the day? For a weird reason or idea, I think I want to go for either a run or try to skateboard.

Nat: Skateboard, Really? If you want to go for a run, I will go with you. I have nothing planned today

Wanda: I will be by your side for whatever you want to do, but I will be on the sidelines for either. Someone has to take you to med bay or even make sure that you have snacks to help when your number fluctuate

Nat: Speaking of numbers, what has it been today?

Y/N: Well, last night was 215. This morning I'm not sure cuz I wasn't the one to check it but it is now, *Grabs phone and checks* 195. I guess I need a snack or even lunch but it is fine. I already feel fine.

Wanda: Pasta with shrimp?

Y/N: Sure, why not? You were already cooking, weren't you bubba?

Wanda: Maybe

Nat laughing because she knew Wanda was already making it because she knew what your numbers were at from FRIDAY

Y/N: Yah, Yah. Is it ready though? I'm hungry

Wanda: Yes. I will get three bowls and then we can talk about why you really want to do someting stupid

Y/N: I'm stupid. Do me

Nat: Nope. No you are not stupid at all

Y/N: Ok fine. No skateboarding. Just go for a run then if you want to go with then mom and I will use no powers

Nat: Fine. I will go run with you but if and when you start to feel off, we stop. I do not want or need you to go into med bay for a long time again

Y/N: Deal

You and Nat go get some workout clothes on and meet back in the kitchen to grab water bottles before going. You kiss Wanda and tell her that you will see her soon.

Wanda: Be safe and call if you need anything

Nat: Thanks

Y/N: Thanks, love

Wanda: Go have fun and be safe
