Chapter 86 - Songs Released?

Clint: Hey Wanda or Nat, where is shooter at? I am taking her to go meet with Matt, but I can't find her anywhere

Nat: I haven't seen her since breakfast this morning

Wanda: Clint, check outside. She went out about an hour ago. She's processing everything

Clint: Ok, thanks Wands

Clint walks out and finds you sitting on the jeep just thinking, so he come over and hugs you. You take out your headphones and give him your keys. You both get in and head off to meet up with Matt with the rest of your music. Once you get to the studio, you take a deep breath and then you both walk in and is greeted by Matt.

Y/N: Hey Matt, how's it going?

Matt: It's going good. You ready to talk about next steps?

Y/N: Yah, lets go

Matt: Is Clint coming with us?

Y/N: As much as I don't want family to hear any songs yet, he must at least be in the room, so yes

Clint: Are you sure, shooter?

Y/N: With what's been going on the past two days, you have too. I know you talked with Wanda and Nat.

Clint: Ok

Matt: Everything ok?

Y/N: Yes. I have random seizure episodes and I'm on new meds, so it's ok. I promise

Matt: Ok

You all walking into the recording studio and all sit down. Matt hands you the cord to plug your phone in and you all listen to the rest of the songs that you had. Clint had a happy smile on his face and Matt was excited to be able to work with you. When he got to the song "Town Home" he realized that it wasn't your voice as main but as back up. Once the playlist was over, they both clapped.

Matt: Ok, who is singing main on the song "Town Home"?

Y/N: That is my wife, Wanda. I also have some cover songs that I did when I first started to mess with music and some of them are my dad's and Kate's songs.

Matt: Ok, so because you already have all the songs recorded and ready to go, I can get them onto an album, and it can be released by the end of next week. Sound good?

Y/N: That sounds amazing. Oh, and Matt, can you use the name Shadow for me instead of using my actual name?

Matt: Yes, I can do that. Can I ask why?

Y/N: It's a name from my past and I want it to mean good and no longer bad.

Matt: Ok that sounds amazing. Do you want to by any chance do a collaboration with your dad and Kate?

Y/N: That would be amazing to hear

Matt: Ok, sweet. So, I will start working on this and get the songs together and possibly Thursday we can get together again and finalize it for release day. Sound good?

Y/N: Sounds like a plan

Matt: Oh, before you leave, I need you to sign these, saying that you can't have another studio release your music or even copy right from you. I will make sure that Shadow is your name for the music

Y/N: Sounds good *Signs paperwork* Thank you again Matt

Matt: No problem. See you Thursday

Y/N: Oh Matt, can I tell my family about a possible release day or not yet?

Matt: You can tell your parents and wife but wait until Friday to tell the rest of the compound and yes, I do know you live there.

Y/N: From my dad here I'm guessing and that sounds good. Thanks. I will see you Thursday then around 3pm?

Matt: Sounds perfect

You all get up and hug then you and Clint walk out to the car. You plug in your phone and start playing your songs on your excited and happy playlist. Clint handed you the keys and you went back to the compound. When you got there, you went inside and went to your room to grab your favorite sweatshirt and then head down to the kitchen where Nat was at.

Y/N: Hey mom, are you busy?

Nat: Not now. What's up?

Y/N: I wanted to take the bikes out and thought you would like to go with

Nat: Sure, why not

Alex: Hey guys

Nat: Hey love, can we push training for a bit?

Alex: Yah that's fine and have a good ride

Y/N: Are you sure, mum? If not, I can always ask Uncle Bucky

Alex: It's fine. Go spend time with her. I can see she is excited to tell you something by the huge smile on her face

Y/N: Thank you mum. I will tell you later about it. I promise

Nat and you started to walk to the garage where the bikes are at, and you grab the helmets and hand one to Nat. You take your newer bike and Nat decides that she will take your other one. You both get on the bikes and then head off to go for a ride. After about riding for like 2 hours, Nat finally spoke.

Nat: Hey baby girl, where are we headed?

Y/N: Just for a ride and then to one of my favorite secret spots

Nat: You're taking me to one of your spots? Must be great news then

Y/N: It's amazing news mom. Turn right up here

Nat: Ok

Nat takes the lead and turns where you told her to turn. Where she didn't know that you would take her to a shooting range with a netted area for paintball and ranges for arrows. Nat parked the bike and got off. You parked and then went into the bunker and Nat followed, when both inside, you hit a button and the outside is basically camouflaged from anyone trying to see it outside. It just looks like woods

Nat: What's the news?

Y/N: You can't tell anyone though. I will be telling mum and Wanda later

Nat: Deal. I promise

Y/N: Come the end of the week, I will have my first album released. Also, my music name is Shadow

Nat: Shadow? Using it for good instead of what happened in the Red Room and Hydra?

Y/N: Exactly. Correct

Nat: I'm proud of you

Y/N: Oh, on the next album, I want to do a song with you please?

Nat: Sure

Y/N: спасибо мамочка (Thank you mommy)

Nat: я люблю тебя котенок (I love you kitten)

Y/N: You ready to ride back, mama? 

Nat: Sure
