By the time you got back to the apartment on Sunday, you were pretty run down, until you remembered that tomorrow Jihye and Hyunjoo would arrive with the kids. Christmas eve and your wedding was in seven days, then you'd have your very first Christmas with BTS, have a pause to catch your breath, celebrate Tae's birthday and then another very special commitment ceremony.

So, business as usual in your hectic life.

You sat at the breakfast bar in the penthouse and had your hands wrapped around your cup of coffee. Minho was sitting on the couch reading, JK was in your poof that he had mostly moved into since you'd been in Chicago. Jimin and Tae were doing something in their suite. Yoongi was in the studio again and this time Hoseok, Jin, and Namjoon were in with him. You weren't sure what they were up to, but they hadn't asked you to sing again, so you were content to not wonder too much.

Though, your inner fangirl was desperately curious to hear more of the music than what they'd shared with you, you chose not to creep down the hall and listen at the door. Yoongi and Namjoon were keeping most of the tracks on absolute lockdown and though internally you pouted, you also understood as artists why they did that.

At least they didn't spend months making the tracks, only to delete them immediately afterwards like some uncles you knew.

You felt a presence behind you and opened your eyes to see JK waiting.

"What's up Baby Bun," you asked, and he smiled shyly.

"Noona, since everyone is in the studio now, should I grab Jiminie and Taehyungssi and we can go down to my place for a minute and check out the patterns on the napkins you wanted," he said and for a hot second you were wildly confused. And then you saw his big eyes trying to grow even larger and you got what he was after.

"Ok Kookie. Go get the uncles and we'll go see your napkins," you told him and went into the office closet to grab the bag you'd stashed there from Katia. When you got back to the living room, Minho looked up from what he was reading and smiled at you.

"Send me a picture when you're done down there (Y/N)ie," he said and you grinned at him.

"Yoongiah will be angry if he finds out you saw me first Minhossi," you teased, and he'd shrugged.

"I'm your big brother. Not to mention that I'm your second biggest brother after Leadernim," he said solemnly and at that you laughed a little.

"Alright, send them downstairs when they're ready," you called out and headed out to catch the elevator. Before it arrived though, you heard your door open again and this time it was a crowd.

You put your hand on your hip and gave them all a look, but JK pouted again.

"We all want to see Noona," he whined, and you laughed again.

"You too Hoba," you asked, and he'd grinned.

"Anything for you Hyungsu. But especially this! Don't worry Joonie and Jinhyung should be able to distract him while we're busy," he whispered, and you giggled together.

You headed downstairs to JK's studio and from the closet pulled out the garment bag. You shooed everyone out from the room, and then pulled the dress out of the bag, and hung the hangar from the highest shelf on the bookcase and took a photo.

You'd chosen to wear your grandmother's dress from your mom's side. You had thought briefly about wearing your mom's dress. But she had worn a crazy 80's dress, with satin and hoopskirts and giant poufy shoulders and you had vetoed that before you got too far along. This dress, you'd seen in photos since you were little and knew your Mama had stored it in an archival paper for you to use later. And use it you would.
