You spent a rapturous hour with Yeeun and your Aunt Pat getting dressed while Katia flitted around and did final hair and make up checks before Jimin poked his head in, grinning from ear to ear.

"(Y/N)ie, if you take too much longer, our hyung is going to vibrate himself away from nerves," he teased and you looked at him and tilted your head.

"Is he really nervous Jiminie," you asked, and he grabbed both your hands and stared with one raised eyebrow at your leg, where your foot was bouncing in time to a rhythm only you heard.

Which was apparently a really fast one.

You giggled a bit and let out an "oh," before Jimin smiled again. He looked to Katia.

"Time," he said, and she glanced at every one and smiled.

"I think five minutes and we'll be down," she said and Jimin nodded and headed out.

Your aunt fussed once more with the fingertip veil you'd chosen and Yeeun helped you with your skirt. You gave her a hug, and then one to your aunt and they both slipped off downstairs. It was you and Kat for a brief moment, and you leaned in and took her into a gentle hug.

"Everything is just perfect Kat. You've done such an amazing job for me today. I'm so happy with everything," you whispered, and she sniffled a second before she laughed and pulled back.

"Ok I spent an age on your eyeliner girl. We can't cry now," she said and waved a hand in front of her face while you stared at the ceiling a moment.

Your phone buzzed and you wondered who on earth was texting you now but opened it to show Kat a LINE message from JK. He'd sent you a picture of Yoongi, with Hoseok and Seokjin talking next to him, but staring towards the door you'd be walking through in a bit.

"HURRY UP NOONA," read the message and it made you giggle.

"Man, I'm glad I never had any little brothers," said Kat and then she looked at your face. "One look at him and everything I've done for your makeup is going to be entirely superfluous," she teased and there was another knock on the door. She went to open the door and your uncle stood there, looking very handsome, and slightly uncomfortable in his best suit.

"Ah, (Y/N). You look just as lovely now as you did playing wedding day dress up when you were five," he said and this time it took real effort to not let the tears go.

"This time its for real Uncle Bob," you said, and he smiled at you and took your hand and placed it onto his forearm.

"It certainly is girly. Are you ready then," he asked Katia and she took a deep breath, gave you one final check over and then nodded once. She leaned over and pressed a kiss against your cheek.

"See you downstairs girl," she called out as she left the room.

You took a deep breath and looked to your uncle.

"I think I'm ready to do this," you said, and he grinned down at you.

"There's still time to run if you want (Y/N)," he teased and made you grin. "But I do think that boy would be absolutely heartbroken if you did."

You shook your head.

"No, he is what I want," you said softly and with that all the tears and worry you had left resolved themselves and you looked back to your uncle and nodded once.

He patted your arm and the two of you made your way downstairs to where Yeeun stood with Katia and JK and Jin.

"Oh (Y/N)ie," said Jin and you gave him a quick hug.
