Owen's P.O.V.

"I'm sorry. Fine!" Andrei said irritatingly. "I didn't know that there would be this many people in the early morning here. Does no one cook in your town?" he added.

We were sitting at Mrs.Stephwell's cafe. The cafe was empty when we arrived here but after a few minutes when we placed our order people started flooding in and soon the entire place was filled with people. And that made me angry at Andrei, I was giving him that I told you so look.

"Come on. Let's go home." I said to him with an irritated voice.

"Really?" He was doing that puppy eyes thing. Not gonna work today Andrei. Not today.

"Yes. REALLY." I replied.

"Okay, Let's go." He answered with a sad face like his entire world just ended. I swear to God this guy. He should be an actor.

We were about to leave our seats when I heard someone shout and I know we are not leaving anytime soon.

"OOOOOWWWWEEEENNNN!" Mrs. Stephwell shouted. And if anyone did not notice me until now they sure know now. I was so embarrassed, I'd prefer dying in this situation. Why did she have to scream like that and get all the attention when I'm dressed like this? In a moment she was standing next to our table.

"Good morning, Mrs. Stephwell," I replied trying to be polite but I guess my voice had a little irritated tone.

"Huh? Are you okay, hun? Did something happen?" She asked, she sounded concerned.

"Well, let me see. I woke up and a jackass drag me out while I looked like trash." I said glaring at Andrei. And he made an expression that said 'i guess I'm sorry.' "Then I hoped that no one would see me but suddenly the entire town decided to rush to your cafe. And at the end, a very kind lady announced my presence to everyone, so that everyone would know where to throw the trash." I said that sarcastically.

Mrs.Stephwell started to laugh like crazy and then she hugged me from behind. "Oh! Aren't you the cutest? Always worrying about everything. Chill out." She said. "And if you call this look of yours trash then I think you need to see an optometrist. You look amazing," she added. "It's like streetwear but super sexy." That statement of her made me blush so hard.

"Oh! I'm already liking her." Andrei spoke.

"Ah! This must be the Jackass, You were talking about. What is this sizzling hot dish in front of me." Mrs. Stephwell said, why does it sound so wrong? Someone, please save me. On the other hand, Andrei was loving it. He was laughing just as hysterically as her.

After a second when he controlled his laugh he looked at her with an intense gaze then took her hand and kissed on back.

"The name's Andrei. I'm Owen's friend back from Lunardale." He replied.

"Ah! I see. You must be the alpha guy." She replied.

"Wait! How do you know that?" I freaked out, I never told her about Andrei.

"Your mom told me about him when you were in Lunardale." She replied like it was nothing. Sometimes this town really freaks me out. Everyone knows everything here.

"I've heard a lot about you too from Owen. That's why I wanted to try your food and coffee since the moment I found out that you opened a cafe." He replied. He really is a smooth talker.

"Well, I hope you enjoy your time here. Okay, I'm gonna leave you two alone now." She was about to walk away when Andrei stopped her.

"Can we take a pic before you leave?" Andrei asked and she agreed. She then asked one of the servers to take a pic. She went around us and stood behind us, placing her hands on our shoulders. We said goodbye to Mr.Stephwell and after that Andrei started to do something on his phone. And I started to enjoy the food.
