Marlie's POV

I woke up to the sound of a phone ringing. I rolled over with a groan and grabbed my phone. I groggily tried to answer it, but it kept ringing. Frustrated, I rubbed my eyes and saw why. It wasn't my phone ringing, but Tony's. I set my phone back down and rolled over.

"Tony, Tony wake up. Your phone is ringing." I said tiredly as I nudged his arm.

I heard him groan before reaching over to answer the phone. I just closed my eyes again and tried to go back to sleep. Tony and I haven't been sleeping long since it took us a while to clean up Rosie's mess.

"Happy, you better have a good reason for calling in the middle of the night." I heard Tony say sounding exasperated.

There was a long pause as Happy talked. I was almost back asleep when I heard Tony's worried voice.

"What? Alright, I'm on my way."

I then felt him get up. I turned around to look at him and saw that he had started getting dressed.

"Tony, what's going on?" I asked him in confusion.

"The plane carrying the last of the stuff from the tower crashed along a beach. I need to go down there."

I sat up in bed and turned on my bedside lamp. "What? Okay, just let me know if you need anything."

I got up off the bed and slipped into my robe and slippers.

"What are you doing? Go back to bed. There's no sense in both of us getting a sleepless night."

I walked over to him and pulled myself against his chest. "I know. I go back to bed in a bit. I just wanted to see you off."

Tony pulled me tighter against him then leaned down and gave me a light kiss.

"Alright, just don't stay up to long. I know how tired you've been recently."

I nodded against his chest, then let him go so he could finish getting ready. I walked down to the kitchen and started a pot of coffee. I had just finished pouring him a travel mug when he walked in. I gave him his mug then watched him leave.

Before going to bed I decided to go down to the lab after making myself a cup of tea. I walked into the lab and over to the holographic table.

"Friday, you up?"

"Always." Came her response as the table came to life.

"Great, I want to start a new file."

"What shall this file be called?"

"Inspirations. Oh, and make sure it's encrypted on my private server. No, one is allowed access this this file under any circumstance until I say otherwise."

"Of course, miss."

Friday then went about setting it up. A moment later she was done.

"Alright Friday, I need you to set up for a holographic record. Make sure each of these recording have a time stamp lock attached to them, that will be set once I give others access to this file."

"Are we working on a secret project, miss?"

"You could say that."

After everything was set up, I began to record my message. Once the message was complete, I went back to bed.

I woke up the next morning to Rosie crawling into my bed and laying down on top of me. I opened my eyes and looked at my daughter. Her wavy brown locks were a mess, and she had a huge smile on her face.

"Good morning. How did you get out of your crib?" I asked her as I gave her an amused smile.

"I climb out all by myself." She said proudly making me laugh.
