As the building vanished a gas filled all the rooms trapping everyone in ice the cryogenic ice was powerful enough to even keep John in a dormant sleep this was to keep the targets of the trap from getting out it was the greatest masterpiece of Jones and the prision of John. Five million years later for the first two and a half million years after the incident Emma was the sole Hero of the universe. She fought a losing war alone well the enemy rose their forces growing greater and larger thanks to the battle uniform tech invented by Jones the resistence led by Emma could keep up for the first two million years. That's when the enemy obtained it and their troops enhanced with it overwhelmed the resistence until new Hero's came they helped Emma. However at the third million year Emma fought alone again however at the four million year mark Jade was once again able to play an active part of the war. The mother and daughter team up were the universe's last and only hope until Omni Angel stepped out of the shadows after the incident with the Bounty Hunters that left Jade crippled Omni Angel was in the shadows helping but took an active part of the war until she lost her life half a million years later sacrifaceing herself for Jade and Emma. Thirty years ago Jade sacrifaced herself for her daughter but was saved by Emma who began taking care of her mom well being the last Hero for thirty years.
