The last few days in Sicily were calm and refreshing. The girls loved doing activities in the kids club and going to the kiddiedisco in the evening. Nina had found some girls her age, that she would hang out with in the evening. They would go to the bar or the beach and have a nice time together. Maya and Carina enjoyed their time aswell. When the girls were occupied in the kids club, they had massages and spent some time together. They also met Alexandra and Mario again and had dinner with them in the city Catania, which was the next bigger city to the hotel and also where Carina went to school. They had a great time, but like it is with great times, the go quickly and soon they had to pack and fly home.

They arrived back home on the first of August, which left them the rest of the month for preperations.
They celebrated Mayas birthday, by having a barbque 19 style and hanging out. Maya didn't want much trouble, but a little get together was nice.

The tripplets started school, so they needed all the esencials. Meena picked a blue and green backpack, Luise a purple one with butterflys and Ellie a blue red and yellow one. The got matching pencil cases, lunchboxes and sportsbags as well as new pens and everything they needed according to their list sent by their school. The girls were increadibly excited to start school. In their freetime they would often play school and whenever Pru or Luna came over they asked them all about school.

But before then, they had to say goodbye to Nina. She would be moving in a dormroom in Portland University. They started to pack her things and get everything ready to be moved.

"Are you going to miss me?" Nina asked after she stopped crying on her Mammas lap. "Yes. Bellina of course. "We are going to miss you so much." "I will miss you, too. I hate that i have to go." "Didn't you want that University?" "Yes. The program is amazing. I love the building and the professors are supposed to be really nice, but its so far away." "Its three and a half hours. If something happens, we are there asap." Carina brushed through Ninas long brown hair. "I am just scared i guess." "I know. I love you and i am scared, too. My little baby is leaving the nest." She said and fake sobed. Nina laughed. "But you can call us at any time day or night. I will leave my phone on and moms, too." "Mom doesn't hear it at night." "Thats true. But i do and then i'll wake her." Carina smiled. Nina took a deep breath." I can do that." "Of course you can." Carina said and kissed her daughters forehead. "Now lets go see, where the rest of this family is." "Upstairs i think." Nina said.

They already heard the sounds from the tripplets room. "Okay. Now count with me. One two three." Meena said loud. Carina looked in the room. "Hey. Are you okay?" "Yes, Mamma. We are playing school." Louise said. "Thats great, Bambine. Where is mom?" "Sleeping." Meena said. Carina was confused. It was just after 3pm and Maya rarely ever took a nap. And if she did only after tough shifts or if she was sick.

"Bambina?" Carina wispered. Maya was laying in the parents bed and sleept deeply. "Maya. Bambina?" Carina felt Mayas forehead, but she wasn't warm. "Hey. Bambina. Wake up." Maya stirred and the woke up. "Hey. Oh sorry. I didn't want to fall asleep. I watched the girls, but i they were playing nicely so i went to read some over here, i gueds i was tired." Maya said and rubbed her eyes sleepily. "Thats okay. Are you feeling alright physically?" "Just tired. And maybe sad. Our kids are growing and Nina is leaving. Its just hitting me a little." Maya said and Carina pulled her close. "Same. I feel like i am ripping my hear out and leaving it in Portland." Carina said. "Yeah." Maya nodded. "How about we get the girls and spend another day outside at the pool. The weather is so nice." "Sounds like a good idea." Maya said and they got up.

A week later, it was finaly time for all of them go down to Portland. They rented a U-hal and Maya and Meena drove down with that. While Carina, Ellie, Nina and Louise took the family car. A VW Touran. They left Carinas Porsche in Seattle. When they got there they had an hour before Nina could get settled in. They decided to check out the city and get icecream.

Ninas dormroom was very nice. She shared a room with another girl and a bathroom with the same girl and the two girls in the room next to them. There was 4 pairs of rooms. Always double rooms with a shared bathroom. Those four shared a commonroom space with a little kitchinette. There was also big kitchen down for the entire house. Nina decorated her room with stringlights, her books and pictures of her famiglia. The little girls were very exited to help. Eventually Carina placed them in Ninas dorm gave them books and pens to draw and asked them to stay here. The building was huge and she didn't want them to get lost.

When they were done, the room felt nice and homie. Nina sighed. "Thats it then." "No. We have so much time. Lets take a walk around the grounds, check everything out." Maya suggested.

The walk was nice and they enjoyed the greenery, eventhough there were little to no paved ways. It was hard for Ellie to push herself, so eventually they sat down and enjoyed the rest of the time.
Before the inevitable came. "I love you, Bellina. Remember you are strong. You can do this and we are just a phonecall away." Carina said as she hugged her daughter tightly. Maya also hugged Nina, who was crying lightly. "I love you. This is going to be great. Think of all the friends you are going to make. Your roommate Clara seemed nice. And Tuck is university, you know him and just like Mamma said, we are just a phonecall away. Say the word and i am comming to get you." "I love you." Nina said. "I love all of you." She hugged all of her sisters and then waved them goodbye as they drove off, back to Seattle.

The first week was hard for the teen. She called her family everyday, but she pulled through and then the tripplets first day of school came. Sadly Ninas classes started the same day, so she wasn't able to come, but they promised to call in the evening.

The girls wore dresses and their new backpacks to school. They were increadibly proud. All the firstgraders were sitting on benches in the front and the parents in the back.  Then the second graders sang a song for them and the kids got seperated in classes. All three of the girls were in the same class. They had known that, but it was still nice. Their teachers were Mr Cowahan and Mrs Rivera. Ellies one on ones name was Hannah and the other two one on ones were called Andrea and Yasmin. The girls went  to their teachers for a picture proudly. Maya smiled so bright. "Hi. My names Susan. Which one is yours?" She asked Maya. "Hi, my name is Maya. Mine are the blone in the blue dress with the walker the blonde in the yellow and orange dress next to the teacher and the little brunette next to her. Ellie, Meena and Louise. Tripplets." "Oh. You have a handfull. Mine is the girl in the arms of her one on one. She is autistic." "Ellie has cerebral palsy. The other two are typically developed." Maya said. "Its nice that they get to go to school together." "Yes. Its is so great." Maya said and Carina squezzed her hand. "This is my wife Carina by the way." Maya said and getting the exact reaction, they'd get so often. The "pull your eyebrows up, oh, well yeah okay."- stare. Maya chuckled. "This is my husband Nico." "Nice to meet you." Carina said. "Nice to meet you, too." They said and watched their kids walk of in the direction of the classroom. The first day was only a few hours and the parents were invited to stay and talk and get to know eachother. After the girls were done with their first day, they went to get pizza at "Nonnas" to celebrate. "And what do you think about school?" Maya asked "It is great. I love the teachers. They are very nice." "I enjoyed it." Louise said. Sometimes she sounded like a 50 year old." Ellie, do you like school?" Carina asked. "I like school." Ellie said slowly. "Thats great." She said and they enjoyed their pizza.
