I set my phone down as Pedri comes in the room, immediately flopping onto the bed, staying faced down as I lean over, rubbing his back. "I don't want to do the party." He mumbles.
"Why not?"
"Because everyone is annoying me today." He says as I scoot away from him.
"You're a total joy to be around." I mumble as I get out of bed and he sits up as he looks at me.
He crosses his arms as he gives me a look, and I do the same, "where are you going?"
"You need a break from everything and everyone." I say with a quick smile as he sighs.
"I wasn't talking about you." He says quietly as I shrug.
"Well that's fine, but I'm not going to be around you and then get yelled at because you're being all moody." I counter as he puts his head in his hands, laying back down.
