wesley crusher headcanons (star trek: tng)

a/n: alt star trek fans deserve more representation. i feel like there's more of us than i've encountered so far

-he's incredibly shy around you at first (had to consult riker to get the reassurance that you do, in fact, probably want to date him)

-gets nervous that you think he's boring

-he's happy to listen to your music with you. seeing you so into it bleeds onto him, and he eventually becomes a pretty big bad religion and siouxsie fan

-mesmerized by watching you do your makeup--like, sits on the bed, hands you brushes, and just admires you

-lets you do his makeup every once in a while (you're not pleased that he's prettier than you)

-will try to steal one of your leather jackets...of course he gets caught, but you let him wear it for the day. it doesn't look too bad on him (you swooned and your knees got weak the moment you saw him in it). 

-you give him a set of belt chains

-he loves your outfits. he thought he'd always like a partner in uniform, but goddamn...you in your alt wear makes his heart skip a beat

-he's not a huge fan of horror movies, but he'll watch more fun and campy ones with you

-if you play an instrument, wesley fawns over you when he sees you practicing

-when you first start dating and wesley starts to become more familiar with your life and your scene, he won't shut the fuck up about it when he talks to riker

-quite a gentleman with you

-he's still a bit hesitant to go to concerts with you, but he'll work up to that

-sometimes he'll give you a hard time by hiding your eyeliner and not giving it back until you give him a kiss

-he loves to show you projects and things he's working on (bonus points if the name he gives the project is a music reference)

-be careful wearing fishnets around wesley...at least in public

-fuck using concealer, you just do a blackout neck anytime wesley gives you hickeys

-dr. crusher was doubtful about you at first, but her opinion changed immediately when she actually got to meet you (a/n: might make a oneshot about this)

-letting wes borrow your jewelry if he ever wants to 

-encouraging him to get his ears pierced (he won't)

-giving him one of your chains after an away mission goes awry (a/n: this will be a oneshot too)

-trips to the holodeck together

-wesley cannot survive without a weekly 4 hour long cuddle session. he will literally implode without it

-to be fair, you would too

-sometimes you just need to put a record on from your collection and cuddle on your couch to calm the chaos in your mind

-if you take them, he makes sure you're taking your meds

-he likes to hug you from behind

-one time he did it and your spiky choker impaled him, so he's more cautious about it now and you wear that choker a lot less often

-he was so sweet when asking you to be his partner officially and when he told you he loves you for the first time

-asks his mom how to help you out when you're on your period

-occasionally lets you paint his nails, too!

-getting each other little gifts from the ship's stores
