Chapter Fifty-Five: Distraction

"Angel, since Jet most likely won't be able to control the tornado, if he makes it, you'll have to put up a shield around it to keep it in place." Brian informs Angel, who slowly nods his head.

"I've never made one before, but I'll try." Jet says as he lets out a long sigh.

"Jet start trying to make that tornado. We'll charge up our abilities as well." Brian begins to inhale some air slowly.

God launches himself towards the four, Angel and Joan gasp in fear. In a quick flash they see two people jump up and kick God at the same time, launching God through multiple buildings.

Keoki and Charel land in front of the bunch, "We got you covered!" Charel shouts as she smiles at Brian and Jet.

"We'll hold him off while you guys prepare! Just make sure you make the shot count! How much time do you need?" Sonya says as she runs out from the alleyway.

"You guys...we need about three minutes or less." Jet softly says as he sees them standing tall, waiting for God to return.

Charel looks back at Jet and winks at him.

"I love her so much." Jet says as he admires Charel. Brian smirks and continues concentrating on inhaling more air.

Charel and Keoki stand at the front as God appears with his sword in hand. "Your all getting so annoying."

God blasts both Charel and Keoki to the side, Sonya runs to him and slides in between God's feet. He looks down in between his legs and sees a grenade at his feet.

He looks back at Sonya and sees her about to shoot the grenade. God gets flung into the air from the explosion. Sonya aims and shoots him a few times. God slams back down on the ground, he slowly gets up.

Sonya gasps when she sees the bullets running through his veins before being pushed out his finger tips.

"That's so gross." Sonya groans as she reloads her guns.

"This is nothing compared to what I'm gonna do to you." God slyly says as he begins walking towards her. Sonya cautiously walks backwards, keeping her eyes on God.

"Keeping your distance I see." God says before teleporting behind Sonya. She gasps and quickly leaps outta the way as God punches the ground near her. She sees his fist break through the ground, God continues trying to sneak up on her. Sonya bumps into a wall, her eyes widen in fear when she sees his fist coming to her.

Charel tackles Sonya out of the way, Keoki wraps a vine around God's leg and throws him into a building. Keoki creates a ball of mud in front of him with some wooden spikes sticking out of it. He wraps a vine around it and winds it back before throwing it at God.

God destroys it with the red beam, as it explodes some of the spikes impale him. He groans in pain as he slowly yanks them out, some blood trickles out the wounds.

God steps out of the smoke and stands at the edge of the floor, looking down at the Keoki, Charel and Sonya.

God begins to shoot the beams out of his hands. The three jump behind Keoki's wall of mud.

Keoki slams his hand to the ground, suddenly the building God is standing on begins to sink into the ground. God jumps off of it and breaks through the wall of mud, startling the three. Charel tries to cover her face, but gets kicked to the ground. Sonya groans in pain as she falls back landing on a rock.

Keoki throws some mud onto God to distract him, Keoki then covers his fist in some rock and punches God across his face sending him onto his back. Keoki leaps up into the air, his feet covered in rocks as well. Keoki slams himself down on God's chest, crushing him through the ground.
