"No, no, no. I don't think that's such a good idea." I say reaching for Dan's phone."Nari, you're an amazing singer. I wish you would believe us." Phil says smiling at me. I shake my head and go to my bathroom. I just didn't want to be there when they played it. There is legit nothing special about me. People always tell me how talented, beautiful, and awesome I am. I don't see it though. When I look in the mirror and see a person who's only well known for who her parents are. I hear a knock on the door, "Nari, it's Austin." I unlock the door and open it. "Did they play it?" I ask, he shakes his head. "Why not?" I ask. "They really want you to hear it." I shrug, "So? I don't want to." He gently grabs my arm and pulls me into a hug. "Please, Nari. I want to listen to it with you." He says, giving me his best puppy dog eyes. I roll my eyes, "Whatever, fine. Let's get this over with."

We head out the door and back downstairs. "I told you guys, I am very persuasive." I laugh and Dan plays the song. I hear the first few words and my eyes go wide. There was no way this was me, it's too good. I close my eyes and breathe deeply. Austin smiles at me and puts his arm around my waist, I smile back at him. The whole time Dan and Phil are smiling proudly at me, I couldn't help but smile back. When the song ends, I decide to break the silence. "Um, are you sure that was me?" I ask, the both of them nod. "What did we say, you're amazing. You should do a cover of this song. I'll send this to you." A few minutes later my phone vibrates and then rings. It's a text from Dan and one from an unknown number...

"I have a text from an unknown number..." I say, getting worried. "What's it say?" Dan asks, they all gather around me. I unlock my phone and read it outloud. "Don't worry, babygirl. I will see you soon..." I drop my phone and start shaking. "Who could it be?" Austin asks, Dan and Phil both exchange glances. "It's her dad, her biological one obviously." Austin comes over to me and sits me down on the couch. "I promise, baby. We won't let him near you." He kisses my forehead and hugs me. "One of us has to always be with her, no leaving her alone." They all nod. "Let me see your phone, Nari." Dan says. I had him my phone and cuddle back into Austin. "There, I blocked the number. It will do for the time being." We all nod and decide to go somewhere to eat.

"How about we invite Zoe and Alfie to come?" Phil asks. I perk up and smile, "Yeah, that's a great idea." Zoe and I have gotten pretty close. I mean, I did almost live with them about a year ago so I mean. "Hey, Zoe. It's Dan, can you meet us for dinner? I'll explain when you get here..." There's a pause for a second. "Great! Thanks so much. Bye." He smiles at me and we get into the cab. About 15 minutes pass and we arrive. We see Alfie and Zoe waiting outside of the restaraunt.  "Zoe! Oh my gosh, I missed you." I say hugging her tightly. "I missed you too! Oo, who's this?" She asks smirking at me, directing towards Austin. "Oh yeah! This is my boyfriend Austin!" They both smile at each other. "How long have you been dating each other?!" She asks excitingly, "U, about four a half weeks." Austin says.

"Awe! You guys are so flipping cute." We both smile at each other and then her. "Can you take our picture?" I ask, she nods. We pose for the picture and she shows it to us. "Awe! Look how cute you are!" I say to Austin. He shakes his head, "All you, babe." I kiss him on the cheek, not noticing Zoe taking another picture. "Look at this one! This is too cute." She shows it to us, it's of me kissing Austin's cheek. "Oh my gosh! Send it to me." She does and we head inside and sit down.

"What did you need to explain, Dan?" He clears his throat. "Show her the texts, Nari." I pull out my phone and explain that it's my biological dad. "He's been trying to get a hold of me since Dan and Phil adopted me." She gasps, "Oh gosh! What can I do?" She asks. "Well, I was wondering if you could hang out with Nari sometimes, I'm sure she gets tired of hanging out guys all the tine." Phil says laughing, we all laugh too. "I don't mind too much, I love the three of you!" Austin kisses my forehead and smiles. "And we love you too, obviously. But sometimes you need some girl time and who a better candidate then Zoe?" I nod and smile at Zoe. "This is going to be so much fun!" She says clapping her hands, "I know right!"

As we're leaving the restaraunt, I can't help but feel like I'm being followed. I grab Austin's arm, I know he will protect me. "What's wrong?" He asks me as I tighten my wrip. "I feel like someone's following us." Dan must have heard me, "I'm glad you feel it too, I thought it was just me..." He grabs Phil's hand and pulls him closer. "Someone needs to be ready to call 999." I say, just as I finish I feel something grab me. Austin pulls me into him "Did you miss me, babygirl?"
