Timeskip - 6 Months

(Y/N)'s POV

I let out a deep breath as I stretched across the blanket I had laid out. The sun in Menagerie was defiantly wonderful during the daytime. My wings were outstretched as I soaked it all in.

???: "Having fun?" A female voice said to me. I looked to my right to see my beautiful girlfriend Kali holding two glasses of lemonade. She wore a black and purple two piece. I sat up and grabbed one from her hands. She sat down next to me as we drank.

(Y/N): "It's better now that you're here my sweet kitten." I said as she giggled. She gave me a quick kiss as I smiled happily. Ever since Kali and I got together things have been better. She helped me become braver and more confident in myself. That's why I'm able to show my wings now rather than hide them anymore. Kali is the light to my dark world and I don't know what I would do without her.

Kali: "So are you ready for today?" She asked me while scooting close to me. My arm wrapped around her as she placed her head against my chest.

(Y/N): "I just hope she doesn't hate me." I said a bit worried as Kali grabbed my hand in hers.

Kali: "You worry to much (Y/N). Sure at first it may be a rocky start, but she'll come around." She said reassuring me. Even though she was reassuring me I just couldn't shake this feeling.

(Y/N): "I know it's just. I have a bad feeling is all." I said. She placed her free hand under my chin and made me face her. Her lips pressed against mine as I enjoyed the sensation. They always tasted sweet and were a piece of heaven everytime I felt them. She pulled away as we both smiled.

Kali: "You worry to much." She said placing her head under my chin.

(Y/N): "I know I do." I said.

Kali: "Well the boat should be arriving here in about an hour so we should go get changed." She said. I nodded in agreement as we both stood and returned to the house.

Timeskip - 1 Hour

Kali and I stood at the front of the dock waiting for the boat to arrive. It didn't take long until we could see it over the horizon. When it finally docked Kali got excited as I just kept breathing. After a couple of minutes I noticed Blake walking towards us with a girl who had blonde hair. Kali ran up to her daughter and gave her a hug. Blake returned it as I walked up to them.

Kali: "Oh I'm so glad you're home." She said letting go of her daughter.

Blake: "I know it's just for the summer, but I'm glad to be back." She said. She quickly took notice of my presence and looked at me questioningly. "Who's this mom?" She asked her mother as Kali stood next to me again.

(Y/N): "Hi I'm (Y/N) (L/N)." I said as she nodded, but still held her questioning look.

Kali: "Well Blake I have some news for you that I've been hiding for a while now." She said. She grabbed my hand and intertwined her fingers with mine. "(Y/N) here is my boyfriend." She said as Blake just stared at us.

(Y/N): "I know it's a lot to take in Blake and I know it will take you a while to get used to it, but your mother and I truly love one another." I said as she finally snapped out of her trance. She just nodded with a smile.

Blake: "It fine. I'm just happy my mom found someone she is truly happy with." She said which took both me and Kali through a loop. "It will take some getting used to, but as long as my mom is happy then I'm happy." She said as Kali and I both smiled.
