Caring Cold

(Y/N)'s POV

My head was laid against my pillow as my eyes were fixed on the ceiling. It was calm and peaceful just the way I liked it.

(Y/N): "Achooo!" I sneezed violently causing me to sit up. It would be so much better if I didn't have a cold. I readjusted my mask and grabbed a tissue. Snot hung from my nose so I wiped it and tossed the tissue in the bin. I laid back down and looked at the ceiling again.

Weiss: "Are you okay (Y/N)?" Weiss asked me from her bed.

(Y/N): "It was just a sneeze." I said turning my head to look at her. She had a worried expression across her face. "I'm fine Weiss." I said to her.

Weiss: "Are you sure?" She asked getting off her bed and walking to mine. "Is your pillow fluffed?" She asked while fluffing my pillow.

(Y/N): "Weiss." I said softly.

Weiss: "Do you need another blanket?" She asked placing another blanket on top of me.

(Y/N): "Weiss." I said a bit louder.

Weiss: "Do you have enough tissues?" She said grabbing another box and placing it next to the half empty one.

(Y/N): "Weiss!!" I said almost yelling which caught her attention.

Weiss: "Yes?" She questioned with an innocent smile. God dammit I loved and hated that smile at the same time.

(Y/N): "I'm fine Weiss. Stop worrying yourself to death." I said as she frowned a bit.

Weiss: "Oh okay." She said a bit saddened. Why do you have to torture me so god?

(Y/N): "If it's not to much trouble. Could you make a soup?" I asked as she perked up instantly.

Weiss: "Of course it's no trouble." She said walking to the kitchen. She got out all sorts of kitchen tools and ingredients and began to work. My head just went back to staring at the ceiling. It was weird how it all happened.

Flashback

The halls of Beacon were silent except for the echoes of my footsteps. I was making my way to the dorm to see if Weiss wanted to study. I was about to knock on the door until it swung open and Weiss ran out.

(Y/N): "Weiss?" I said but she was already out of sight. I walked in and found the rest of her team sitting on their beds with saddened looks on their faces. "What the hell happened?!?" I questioned worried.

Ruby: "It's about her sister Winter." She said a bit saddened.

(Y/N): "What about her?" I asked.

Blake: "She was killed in action." She told me as my heart sank.

(Y/N): "Weiss." I said somberly.

Yang: "I hope she'll be okay." She said. Thunder cracked the sky as rain clouds formed around the school.

(Y/N): "I'm going out to look for her." I said grabbing the umbrella at the side of the door and ran out. The rain started to pour down as I exited the building. The umbrella was open as I walked around trying to find Weiss. I had no idea where she could be at. I looked and I looked, but I couldn't find her. It seemed like hours, but still no luck. There was only one other place I could think of as I headed towards the Vale Park. Sure enough as I got there I saw Weiss sitting on a bench that had a roofing over it.

Weiss: "Winter." She whimpered as I drew close to her. I sat down next to her as she continued to cry.

(Y/N): "Weiss." I said compassionately. Her arms stretched out quickly and wrapped around me. She buried her face into my chest as I wrapped my arms tightly around her.
