Chapter 15

"The distance and the time between us, It'll never change my mind, 'Cause baby, I would die for you."

"When?" Ace asked taking a drink of his water.

"In two days." I muttered.

"And that's bad how? You guys can finally prepare for the ceremony." Luca spoke up.

"Yeah, but, my parents told me out of nowhere. I don't want him to come back yet." I answered him.

"Well, look on the bright side. You will finally be crowned alpha in a few weeks." Kaden smiled. "It's getting late, I should get going." He stood up drinking the rest of his beer.

"Yeah, I'll walk you out." Luca stood up along with him and followed him out.

"Tell London I said hey." Kaden yelled over to Ace.

I rolled my eyes and downed the rest of my beer. By the time the rest of the guys left I had already cleaned up our mess.

I could already imagine London if she woke up to a mess. Her cute cheeks and the tip of her nose tinted red with anger. Her small fists clenched by her side.

I shook my head with a smile. I am so blessed to have London in my life and as my mate.

"I'm calling it a night. See you guys in the morning." Ace stood up and walked up the stairs.

"Night." Both Luca and I mind linked him.

"Night." He responded back.

"How's London?" Luca sat back down.

"She's fine." I smiled like a crazed idiot.

"How did the surprise go?" He asked kicking his shoes off.

"Raelynn told you didn't she." I looked at him.

He nodded his head with a chuckle.

"It went well, she liked it." I smiled telling him, but it soon disappeared when I remembered about her bruised arm.

"What's wrong?" Luca sat up alerted at my sudden change in mood.

I growled thinking about the girl who hurt my princess. "Someone hurt her."

Sitting up myself I clenched my jaw.

"What do you mean someone hurt her?"

"There are bruises on her arm. When she got out of the bath she came downstairs with one of my shirts on. I went to hug her and when I did she let out painful breath. I looked down at her arm and there was this big bruise. She tried to lie when I asked her what had happened. I knew she was lying. By the time she did tell me she was crying.

"She told me a girl did it as a threat. I don't know who did it, but I have an idea." I finished.

"We need to find this bitch." He stood up.

I looked up at him and anger was filled in his eyes. "We'll talk about it tomorrow. I'll talk to some of the girls in the pack and speak with a pack warrior." I told him.

"Ok, I just don't want that child to lay a hand on London again." He scowled.

He went to his room and closed the door behind him. I stood up and turned the lights off. Making my way upstairs I smiled hearing Londons soft breathing.

Walking into her room I closed the door and laid back down in bed with her. I pulled her closer to me and she cuddled into me. I pressed a kiss on her forehead and closed my eyes.
