Cassie waited back at the cottage in the Far Lands, looking across the bottomless gorge to see the maze Jess fixed and modified, before she created a crimson portal to take herself over to the large structure.
Winslow waited for her, sleeping lazily in front of the iron doors that lead inside. The feline stretched before sitting up, looking at his master. "...?"
"That's right," The Chaos Sorcerer said excitedly with a cruel smile. "We're going to play with our toy...!"
"...?" Winslow looked at Cassie.
"Of course we can!" Cassie said defensively, but her excitement never faltered as she opened her Inventory, a larger space thanks to Jess' power inviting her to the Party. "This will be our last time playing with her in the maze! Later on, we got to take her to the ritual site and meet up with PAMA and Isa!"
Going over to the equipment tab, she easily placed on her dark jumpsuit before tying her crimson hair back.
Winslow walked over to the iron double-doors. "...?"
"We have about an hour," Cassie answered, and pulled out a white pumpkin. A special helmet covered in scars and dried blood from many women. "That's more than enough time."
[Helmet: Mask of the White Pumpkin]
A helmet is made out of a hollowed-out albino pumpkin genetically modified by the means of an Old Builder. When placed over the head, it will not obscure vision as a normal pumpkin, and change the eye color to a neon yellow and deepening the voice of the wearer.
"Remember what we always say," Cassie flipped the lever next to one of the iron doors, revealing the haunting darkness, and the hunting predators within. Cassie placed the Mask of the White Pumpkin over her head, her beautiful voice drowned in static and turned deep. "No half-measures..."
She pulled out a button, placing it near one of the iron doors before pressing it to open one of the doors. Winslow followed her inside as the iron door shut behind them, never allowing the horrors inside to escape.
The moss covering the wall illuminated for a brief moment in reaction to the sounds. The revealing horrors and squirming masses of flesh and failed experimentations shuffled around in fear – not of the light, but of Cassie.
She let out a blissful sigh that sounded no different from a feral growl. She loves these moments, no society to judge her, no one to make comments, nothing to restrain her immoral impulses and bloodlust.
She rolled her head, loosening her muscles, hearing a crack from her neck. The darkness felt so comforting, smothering her like a motherly hug.
"Live and learn..." Cassie pulled formed her axe made out of the chaotic energy from Limbo. "Live..." The axe spread ominous shadows over her mask, her voice triggering the moss to glow. "And learn!"
She threw the axe in the distance, the tiny illumination it casted showed it flying down the hallway before hitting the wall... and someone ducking away from the corrosive blast.
"I love it when she runs..." Cassie whispered in pleasure, it's just like the times back in the Kingdom of the Ocean. It's not the sloppy homicide, cutting skin, or even the severed heads... but the thrill of the chase! "When she struggles – I'm going to taste every inch of her body with my tongue."
"...?!" Winslow asked his master.
"Of course I really can't, I wanted to try again." Cassie answered honestly. "But she earned her bonus when she cut off Bailey's head."
