An honest review from me, personally I don't really know the MDZS, so please forgive me if I got it wrong or anything. I couldn't really indulged into the fanfic because personally I've never read one.
But since a friend of mine is a huge fan, she manage to tell me what it is about in general and also I did a bit of research while reading. Despite not knowing fully what it was, I think it's a pretty good one shot. I love the writing style and and the grammar itself is really good and I think if you are a MDZS fans I think you would love the one shot. It's tragic but beautiful at the same time.
Again it's a boyxboy fanfiction and apparently it's from a chinese television series. I don't really watch a lot chinese series, but I think this one will be good. So I'd say you should give it a try ! Again I'm sorry if my review are not accurate since I don't really know the fandom itself but I hope in the future I'll be able to review it more throughly
