Part 15

Arohi's P.O.V.

I was waiting for a while now for Mafia to come back. Seems like he hasn't found his phone yet. I stood outside and was waiting when I saw Ishika coming out of the building sobbing. I got a bit concerned and she saw me and stopped in front of me. Looking at me hurt, she said wiping her tears, "You're a lucky girl Arohi. You are very lucky." Before I could tell her anything or ask anything, she left me standing there confused. What did she mean I am lucky? I tried to stop her but she left without looking back. After some time, Mafia came out and looked at me. He also looked disturbed. Had they fallen out? Or is he still angry at me from yesterday? No he must be tensed because of Ishika. Looks like they had an argument. "What is wrong with Ishika ma'am? Why did she appear so upset?" I asked him. He walked closer to the car and said to me, "Let's go." I opened the door for him silently and he sat inside. I went and sat in the driver's seat and drove off. As usual, I didn't know where I was carrying him but only followed the car in front. The drive was long and silent. I kept looking at him through the rear view mirror but he looked outside. "Sir," I said to get his attention. He looked at me. "Are you still angry with me?" I asked. He held a straight face and looked at me without saying anything. "I am sorry. I really am. I didn't mean that I would leave you. I haven't forgotten my promise," I said. "Drive the car quietly," he said. I frowned and drove. We reached the airport. Avinash was already there along with some of his other bodyguards. "Go outside and welcome my guests," he said to me. I looked at him confused. I got out of the car and waited a five minutes. The breeze was blowing really strong in the open area. A small plane soon landed and the door opened. I was beyond shock when I saw who came out of the plane. Dad and Ananya came out! I was completely taken aback.

I froze to my spot on seeing them. I had no words. I wasn't expecting this at all. Ananya saw me and came to me running with tears in her eyes. Hugging me, I realized that I wasn't dreaming and that my sister and father was with me in this moment. I slowly hugged her back and closed my eyes tightly. A single tear left my eyes. I missed her so much. I broke the hug as Dad reached me. I hugged him tightly. Kissing my forehead, he asked, "Are you ok?" I cried and smiled. I had tears of joy. I nodded. I turned back to Ananya and hugged her. "I missed you so much Arohi!" she said. "I missed you too," I said. Breaking the hug, she giggled and said, "So you learnt to comb your hair." I smiled and said, "Yes." I was on cloud nine. There was no limit to my happiness. I turned around and said, "Come, I will introduce you to Deep sir." I held her hand and walked to the car. The tinted glass was up and Mafia was inside. Some vision could have reached inside but it was still difficult to see beyond the black glass.
