Part 54

Avinash's P.O.V.

I saw Ananya sitting on the swing with Doll after leaving them. Ananya managed to smile when I was flirting with Doll in front of her. I know that it's because of me she's upset and not enjoying. I am a little bit more satisfied now that she is having a good time with Doll. She must be heartbroken but it was necessary for me to stop her from proceeding on a path where she is not going to find any destination. Doll left her and came running to me. "I'm sorry handsome. I will come on the date with you," she said cutely. I turned my head away with my false anger and asked, "I thought that you don't love me anymore? Weren't you angry with me?" "I was! But Ananya told me something and I am not anymore," she said. I looked at her and asked, "What did she tell you?" "She told me that it's because of her you couldn't come and meet me. She got kidnapped and she told me that you even got hurt while saving you. She explained to me that you are very brave and that I should go on the date with you," she said smiling. I smiled as she took the flower from my pocket and gave me a kiss. "I love you again handsome," she said. I smiled and hugged her looking at Ananya. She turned and looked at us with a smile and turned back. Breaking the hug, I asked, "Where does my girlfriend want to go for this special date?" "We will enjoy the picnic with everyone else but you have to remain with me only. You cannot leave me," she said. "Agreed," I said and kissed both her hands. Pulling me up, she said, "Let's go!" She began pulling me away to everyone else and I turned and looked at Ananya's back as I went away. I knew how hard it was to convince Doll when she is angry and Ananya managed to do it. I have to thank her for it.

Deep's P.O.V.

Everyone had gathered together for the picnic except Ananya. "Where's Ananya?" I asked. "I'll get her," Arohi said about to get up. "It's ok. You wait here, I'll get her," I said and got up. I walked away leaving a confused Arohi with everyone else behind. I saw Ananya sitting on the swing all by herself. I went and stood behind her asking, "Are you alright?" She turned and looked at me. I went around and sat next to her. "I know that this is going to be hard for you. Forgetting the person whom you love isn't easy at all. Trust me, I understand," I said. "You don't Deep. Because even when Arohi was away from you, you had the satisfaction that she loves you. But I have to remain near the person I love and doesn't love me back," she said sadly. "So are you going to remain like this? Don't you want to atleast be his friend?" I asked. She scoffed and said, "Friends? That's not gonna be possible Deep. Because being friends is going to hurt more knowing that he doesn't feel the same." Perhaps she was right. I can never understand what one-sided love is because the person who I love, feels the same for me.

Arohi's P.O.V.

Mafia told me to remain with everyone else but I didn't listen. I got up and went to look for him and saw him with Ananya on my favourite swing. As I was approaching them, he hugged her halting my footsteps. I looked at them silently. Soon, they got up and turned around to see me. Mafia looked at me nervously. I knew that it perhaps wasn't right to suspect them but I couldn't ignore what my eyes just saw. "Arohi..." Mafia started but I turned around and began to walk away ignoring him in anger. Yes, I was jealous. He came behind me calling me but I didn't listened and walked straight ahead. He grabbed onto my arm and turned me around. "Listen to me Arohi," he said. Pushing his hands off my shoulder, I said, "I don't want to hear."

Deep's P.O.V.

Her behaviour was now making me angry. I deserve a chance to explain the truth but she pushed my hands off her shoulders saying, "I don't want to hear." She was just being stubborn now. She turned and walked two steps again but I held back her hand and literally pulled her with me. I ignored all her scratches from her nails on my hand to let go and all her pleads. I carried her to the room she previously stayed in and locked the door behind me so that she doesn't have an escape route. Turning to her, I slowly began to proceed towards her. "Don't try to waste your time and explain anything to me Deep because I don't want to hear," she said but I didn't stop. She was about to run from the side of me but I held her back forcefully. "Listen to me," I said gritting my teeth. "What are you going to say? That you professed your love to me and are in the arms of my sister?" She said. I looked at her surprised at her disgusting comment. "I should have known. I couldn't convince her to come to the picnic but you did very easily. How? We reached here but the only person on your mind is Ananya!" She yelled. Her words were only making me more angry. How can she even think that this? "Leave me," she demanded. "Ok, just shut up now! Are now finished? Can I speak now?" I yelled. Her eyes welled up. "How can you even think of me so low? Is this your opinion on me? Don't you trust me a tiny bit?" I asked. "No I don't!" She said. "You want to know the truth right? Then listen, the truth is that Ananya is in love with Avinash!" I shouted. Her eyes showed her disbelief. "Do you want to hear more? She loves him, but he doesn't love her. Last night she found out that Avinash is married," I said in anger.
