Btw as most of you Sidneet fans probably already know, Avneet will no longer be playing the role of Yasmine in Aladdin Nam toh Suna Hoga.
Yes! I agree that we'll miss Avu and Sid acting together, but I'm pretty sure that Avu's health is WAY more important than this! So let's try to understand her situation and respect her decision! :)
But still for all those peeps whose mood is way off I'm gonna be adding quite a few Sidneet scenes from now onwards. So buckle up fam!
Now lets get right to the chap!

Avu POV
Faisu: Yup we're chit picking!
(Writes everyones names on pieces of papers and cuts them apart and folds them)
Faisu: so these are the rules! Everyone picks up a chit ans whoever's name js written on the chit is their partner and they're gonna have to do a duet with them! And if you pick your own name you get to choose two people who'll have to sing with each other and the person can choose whoever they will sing with!
Avu: sounds good to me!
Ashnoor: yeah! Lets do it!
Abhi: (sarcastically) great!
—Faisu holds out the chits and I pick one. Some part of me deep inside is fizzing up. I'm kinda hoping to have a particular name in that chit. But I try to shove that thought away as I can feel my cheeks heat up slightly at the thought. I casually open the chit—
Jaan: who did you get? (Wiggling her eyebrows)
(a slight sorrow filling up in me which I immediately shove away)
Avu: Arishfa. Who did u get?
Jaan: ME, MYSELF and I!!!!
Avu: oh no!
Jaan: you know what that means!!!! I get to pair you up!
Avu: with Faisu!
(Whispering into my ear which made my hairs stand on its end)
Jaan: With your Crush.
Avu: Shut up Jannat! I do not have a crush on Siddhart!
Jaan: Again! I never said Siddhart!
(Oh god Avneet. Tu to akela he merega)
Faisu: so! Who's going first?!
Jaan: I'll Go!
Avu: NO! I'll go first!
Jaan: whoa Jeez! Fine! But you can't run from me Avu!
Avu: JUST WATCH ME!
Avu: Arishfa. Shall we?
Arishfa: (in a high pitch British accent) we shall!
— We stand in front of the TV screen as Arishfa types in the song that she wants to sing.
Soon the tune of Mere Lite tum Kaafi Ho starts to play as I put on the hugest grin that I've put on in months and Soon Ari and I are blasting off with our awful voices as Jannat and Faisu take their phones out and start filming us.

Arishfa and I give each other a huge hug as we finish off the song and Jaan, Faisu and I just can't stop laughing.!
We just made a ratchet out of a really good song!
Sid: nice ratchet Avu! Now hear some actual singing!
Avu: oh really! Let's see just how well you both sing!
Ashnoor: now it's our turn!
Sid: Shall we!?
Ashnoor: quit the formalities. Least get to it!
Sid: so... any Requests?
Abhi: do Vaaste! I know you're good at it!
Sid: oh please! Don't flatter me. I'm not just good- I'm amazing!
Avu: haha we'll see about that!
-- Soon the tune of Vaaste starts to play as I watch both of them clear their throats. I take out my phone to record their 'singing'--
Siddhart Starts:

-- My mouth hangs agape. He can sing! His voice note is literally perfect. This is something I didn't know about

Then Ashnoor joins in too:
