It had just rained.

The morning had just arrived, still sleepy from it's cimmerian counterpart's fingers pressing gently pass it's holy body. The sun had not risen, it's titian body gathering every bit of light it come to spread it across the world and bask on its throne in the soon-to-be cobalt sky.

The rain laid its offspring below, coming from the plush, ivory bellies of the clouds sailing around the ocean of the sky. Lush greenery was all around. Plants of different altitudes skyrocketing from the gelatinous earthy soil and flowers cried with joy as their bodies where nurtured with the essence of life.

Between several bushes of morning glories, laid a beautiful woman. Sitting on top of a bench craved from solid marble, she read from the small book in her tanned hands. Manicured nails flipped through endless pages, while icy blue eyes narrowed at the text.

Aurora scoffed, flipping the book closed in annoyance as she swept her hand to tenderly pet the morning glories as she gazed at their heliotrope petals that wept with fresh teardrops of the sky. The book that she had just been reading belonged to her husband, the God of Death. Thanatos had given her the book for a very special reason, and Aurora regretted ever allowing him to indulge in this idea.

She glanced at the cover, once hard yet now it was withered down into soft leather. It's pages were crumpled and looked to be beginning the process of decomposition. But that's not what got the goddess' attention. It was the title.

10, 000 ονόματα για τον μικρό σας θεό!

Oh Gods, what has she done!

She never meant to throw Thanatos down this mind path, she was only joking! Aurora maybe should have stopped to consider the consequences of jokingly telling Thanatos that maybe a child is what they need to balance their life out.

She swore that Thanatos' eyes nearly looked like a black hole when she finished that sentence. His head slowly turned towards her in an agonizing pace, pupils dilating so much she couldn't distinguish red from black anymore.

"What did you just say?" Came a husky whisper.

Of course, Aurora egged him on and repeated what she said, apparently not noticing how much her husband looked like a voracious wolf at the time.

"You heard me. Maybe we need a kid to balance out our life together." She giggled.

Thanatos froze. Then, he slammed his hands down on the desk he was sitting at so hard the marble split into thin veiny cracks. Aurora didn't have anytime to respond before Thanatos hauled her over his board shoulder. She squealed when a large hand smacked her cheek, a stinging sensation then over took her backside as Thanatos threw her onto their bed.
