The next morning, Nicole woke up and went to the bathroom. As she walked down the hall she heard Clarissa scream downstairs. She quickly went downstairs and saw Jakobi laying on the floor bleeding out. She got on her knees and started crying next to him.
"Kobi", Nicole said.
Payton was crying at the top of her lungs.
"Who did this?", Nicole said.
"I did", a voice behind her said as they stood her up by her hair.
It was Elijah.
"You thought that you could get rid of me? Huh?", he asked.
"Nicole", Josh said as he came downstairs. "Nicole"

Suddenly, Nicole woke up from her sleep and Josh was standing over her.
"You alright?", Josh asked.
Nicole sat up and looked around. "I'm- im fine", she said.
"What were you dreaming about?", Josh asked.
"...something crazy", Nicole said.
"Well I thought you were having a seizure or something", Josh said.
Nicole got out of the bed.
"But it's time for work", Josh said. "Get ready
"Sorry. I forgot to set my alarm", Nicole said.
"It's okay. It's not my problem. It's yours. Less hours, less money. Continue to be unprofessional then no job", Josh said.
"Right", she said.
Josh walked out the room.
Nicole started thinking to herself. The dream seemed so real. She was even sweating.
As she stopped thinking about it, she got ready for work. After she got ready they left the house and got to the auto shop.
Nicole walked to the register. "That guy isn't going to come back is he?", she asked. "The only looking for Jakobi?"
"No. I told you G and I handled that", Josh said.
Nicole nods.
Josh walked to Nicole and stood across from her. The counter was between them.
"You know you can talk to me about stuff", Josh said.
"Why are you saying that?", Nicole asked.
"Because...you been acting funny since I woke you up", Josh said.
"I just had a bad dream. That's all", Nicole said.
"About what?", Josh asked. "Because it seems to be bothering you"
"...about Elijah", Nicole said
"Who?", Josh asked.
"That guy that um...that shot at Jakobi and did what he did to me", Nicole said.
"I told you, you have nothing to worry about with him", Josh said.
"How do you even know?", Nicole said.
"Nicole, he's gone alright. He's gone", Josh said.
"But are you sure?", Nicole asked.
"...Jakobi handled him. Elijah tried to get away and Jakobi caught up with him", Josh said.
"Okay then", she said.
"This your first dream about him?", Josh asked.
"No", she replied. "Just the worst one"
