19 - Zach Herron ( Why Don't We )

We all hanging out at Daniel's place, and we're laughing and having a good time. Jonah left for a little bit, he got a call or something. But when he came back he seemed pretty angry. " Jonah everything alright? " Corbyn asks, he didn't even respond. He kept making eye contact with me. 

" Jonah you alright? " I ask, then he punched me. Like hard, and I instantly fell down from how hard the punch was. Christian jumped into action to grab a hold of Jonah, because he was about to punch me again. 

" Zach are you alright? " Daniel asks moving down next to me. " Hey Zach, " he says again. Jack has come by me with a water. 

" Jonah what the hell man? " Jack asks. 

" Jonah calm down, what happened? " Christian asks. Shit, he knows I'm dead... I'm dead. 

" Grab me my phone, " I whisper to Daniel, he hands me it and I look at my messages. Nothing, Y/n would have texted me if she knew he found out. So that means that she doesn't know he knows. 

" Are you calm? " Christian asks. He nods towards him. " Okay what happened? Why did you punch Zach? " He asks. 

" Zach fucked Y/n, " he states. All of them look at me in pure shock. " You said her and you there was nothing going on, so did you lie to me? " Jonah asks, Christian is holding onto him. 

" At the time nothing was happening between us okay. It's different now, " I tell him. 

" How is it different? You're using her, " he states. 

" Jonah we've been friends for how long? Do you really think that low of me? I would never use any girl, but I would especially not use Y/n. It's well known how I feel about her, isn't it obvious? " I ask him. 

" Obvious about what? " Jonah asks. 

" Zach's in love with Y/n, Jonah, he's been in love with Y/n since he was 15, " Jack tell him. 

" You're in love with my sister? " He asks, I give him a nod. 

" But I can't do anything, because she's happy with someone else. We had sex a few times okay, I won't lie to you about that. But when you asked me, we weren't doing anything. Nothing was happening between us at that time, " I comment. " I deserved that, I know I did, but everyday with having to be like this in this torture is a punch to the face everyday. I see her happy with him, and I wish it was me, " I add. 

" She deserves someone better than that douchebag, " Jonah tells me. Everyone agrees with him. The door opens and we all look to see who it is. Speaking of the devil, it's Y/n and Asher. He's dropping her off. 

" Zach are you alright? " Y/n asks walking up to me. " What happened? " She asks. 

" I punched him, " Jonah states, she looks over at him in pure shock. 

" Why did you punch him? " She asks.

" He got a little mad during a game, it was on accident, " I tell her before he could say something. She nods towards me. She grabs a hold of my wrist and takes me into the kitchen. 

" Sit, " she comments patting onto the counter. The boys have gone off to do whatever they plan on doing. " So why did he actually punch you? " She asks. I stay silent. " Oh come on it's probably not that bad, it's not like he found out we slept together, " she adds. I look down, and she gives me a shocked look. " He knows we slept together?! " She asks. I nod towards her, and she chuckles. I hear someone scream, and turn the other way. 

" ZACHARY! " 

Y/n's P.O.V. 

The boys told me to go and make sure Zach gets up so he'll be at the studio at the right time. I walked into his place, and up to his room. " ZACHARY! " I scream shaking him. 

" What?! What! I'm awake, I'm awake! " He screams jolting awake. I begin dying laughing from his reaction, and he grabs a hold of me slamming me onto his bed and getting on top of me. " You're a jerk, " he tells me. 

" And you're a tease, " I mutter back. He leans down, and the two of us begin to kiss. We're a friends with benefits type of situation, and I word it like that because it's truly not a friends with benefits. It's pretty obvious we're more than friends. 

Next thing I know is I'm wrapped in his sheets, as he begins to get dressed. " You know I could get used to you waking up in my bed every morning, " he tells me. 

" Yeah me too, but then again. My brother probably wouldn't be too thrilled to having one of his best friends dating his little sister, " I comment sitting up, and grabbing a hold of the sheets. He groans collapsing down on the bed. " Oh don't be like that, you love Jonah, " I comment. 

" Yeah I do, but man do I wish I could be your boyfriend publicly, " he comments. I smile towards him moving so I'm sitting on top of him. 

" Someday, you know you could I don't know talk to him, " I state. He nods towards me. 

" I need to head to set, before I'm late, " he mutters. He leans up and the two of us begin to kiss. I get off of him laying down in his bed. " Do not steal any of my clothing! " He yells. 

" No promises! " I scream back. 

Daniel's P.O.V. 

Jack and I went to Zach's place, and Corbyn, Zach, and Jonah I believe are already there or almost there. Obviously Zach is already there, because it's his place. Which when we arrived we didn't see anybody. And Corbyn was just laughing at something. " What are you laughing about? " Jack asks. 

" Jonah just walked in on Zach and Y/n, and now the three of them are talking in his room, " he states still laughing from the event. 

" I mean it took him long enough to realize what they were doing, " I comment. 

" You guys knew?! " Jonah asks, Y/n is behind him chuckling from him reacting how he did. And Zach behind her starching the back of his neck. 

" Well kinda, come on it was always he would leave and then a few minutes later she would leave. It was pretty obvious something was happening. But congrats for it to be dating, " Jack tells them. I continue laughing at Jonah. 

" He seriously didn't know,  " I comment laughing. 

Zach and her eventually went fully public, the fans had an idea that they were together. But she wanted to tell Jonah and all of us before they went public. I'm really, really happy for them.
