10 - Colby Brock ( Sam and Colby )

" He'll be fine with it, it's just for a music video, " those were the words Y/n later regretted saying. Kat knew that he wouldn't be fine with it, but something in her voice calmed her and she thought it would be okay. Of course she didn't know the true story of his and her relationship, she knew that he was aggressive but she didn't know he was abusive. No one knew he was abusive. No one ever assumes someone is abusive. 

Kat walked into Y/n's apartment like it was any other day, and she dropped her phone that had Sam on the other side. " Y/n? Y/n! " She screams worrying about seeing her best friend practically dying in front of her. " Hey wake up! Please! Wake up! " She screams towards her. 

On the other side of the phone all of the boys heard the screams of their friend and instantly got into a mode of going to where she is. 

" Y/n! Wake up! " She screams. Kat looked back when she heard running, making eye contact with her boyfriend. " Someone call 911! " She screams, Corey instantly grabs his phone and Elton runs forward. 

" What happened? " Elton asks. 

" I-I- Y/n- " Kat states unstable, Sam grabs a hold of her and she collapses into his arms. It seemed like hours before the ambulance arrived, but once they did they started asking questions. But Y/n had yet to wake up. 

" She's breathing barely, we need to get her oxygen now! " One of them scream. What stopped all of them was a scream not from any of them but from her. 

" He's going to hurt me again, " she cries out. 

" Who's going to hurt you? " A woman asks. 

" You guys can follow us, " one of the ones speak to them. They nod towards him. The drive to the hospital was painfully silent. 

" I'm going to kill him, " Colby whispers, which Corey just placed his hand on his shoulder. He looks at him with teary eyes. " I'm going to kill him, " he adds. 

" We don't even know who hurt her, " Corey states trying to calm him down. 

Y/n didn't wake up until 5 days later, well her friends thought that. She actually woke up 3 days after the attack, but none of them were allowed to visit her the day she woke up. And that's because of what happened between her boyfriend and her. 

That's when the news got a hold of her boyfriend's arrest. " Today YouTuber, Elliot Newton was arrested at this hospital behind me, now the story is still in development but one thing we know is that Y/n Y/l/n, Newton's girlfriend of 4 years is now in this hospital fighting for her life due to something Newton did, " 

" Elliot Newton arrested, Y/n Y/l/n fighting for her life, " 

I hope Y/n is okay, and what exactly did Elliot do?! 
^ I think he like abused her or something. 
^ How do you know? 
^ I don't, but he got arrested at the hospital where she is at. 

" Video has been released of when Elliot was arrested, he was charged with battery and attempted murder. Attempted murder towards Y/n, his girlfriend, and battery towards a police officer. We give warning to the video that is about to be shown, " A video begins to play, and it shows a police officer walking towards Elliot and then him beginning to punch him and kick him. Him eventually being tackled by more officers, and in the back you can see 4 nurses guarding Y/n from him. 

They watched as she slept in the bed. " Can you just walk in? " She asks turning towards them. 

" What did they say? " Kat asks. 

" Broken ankle, broken wrist, 6 broken ribs, concussion, internal bleeding, black eye obviously, and then cuts and bruises, " she states looking at Kat. She was not going to look at Colby, she knew she'd break into tears if she looked at Colby. " He's been arrested, and will probably be in jail for 20 years maybe, I don't know, " she whispers. 

" You could ha- " Sam begins.
" I know Sam, I know, " she states. " Trust me I've been told 6 thousand times, he's gone now okay. And I'll be released from the hospital in like 25 minutes, " she adds. 

" Why didn't leave him? " Colby asks. 

" He threatened hurt you guys, I would rather me be the one that was hurt than you, " she states not even looking at him while she answered his question. Kat had looked at the boys, and they all got the hint. The boys leaving her and the girls alone. 

" Why did he do it? " Kat asks. 

" He saw the music video, I've been abused by him for 3 years now, I have never seen him so angry in my life of being with him. He said... he was going... to k-kill Colby if he found him, " she cries. Tara gets in the bed with her and hugs her tightly. " I know.. I know I should have left him a long time ago, I should have left when he hit me for the first time, but I couldn't. He threatened you guys and Colby the most. He knew I had some type of care and love for Colby, that's why he hated him so much, " she adds. Which causes Devyn to grab a hold of her hand. 

" I think you should talk to him about it, " Kat says she nods knowing she's right. She needs to, there's no way that she can't. Because he'll have questions, all of them have questions. 

And now that's where they stand, the two in his room as she's sitting on the bed and him next to her. " He's always been jealous of you, he's always been jealous of our friendship. He easily knew how he could use you against me and I couldn't do anything about it, he knew I cared about you so much and how-how I needed you in my life. And, when he saw the video, he thought I guess that you were officially trying to steal me away or something, " she speaks in a soft tone towards him. " I know it's a lot to take in, but- I'd rather see myself with bruises than you with them, " she adds. 

" How long? " He asks. 

" 3 years, " she says quietly. That shattered his heart, so for the past 3 years she had been getting abused right under all of their noses, and none of them realized it. 

" How could he tell that you cared about me so much? " He asks. He loves her, all of his friends knew that. So maybe she loved him back. 

" He's known us since we've moved here, since before we moved here. You know I started dating even before we moved, he saw how I looked at you and how- " she stops not knowing how to say the next sentence. 

" And how you loved me? " He asks, she just nodded. She didn't say the words. " Do you still? " He asks. 

" I never stopped, " she whispers, he just leans in and begins to kiss her. And out of the terror of the relationship she was in, she slowly started stepping towards a much healthier one. Little did both of them know, that this would be both of their last relationships. And this relationship would end with I do.
