John was fast asleep in his room when he got awoken by someone cuddling into him and when he turned his head he saw india snuggling in close to him

" Good morning my love what are you doing in here should you not be getting ready for school"

" i wanted to see you first before i had to get changed into my silly school uniform"

" well you seen me now you should get ready to go to school before your late and your mother kills us both"

" ok happy valentines day daddy"

India was changed and into the car in record time 

India was sat at her desk in her classroom and it was close to home time when the teacher gave them a special lesson to do

" ok class as yous know today is valentines day it is a day all about love and what i want you to do is pick a person in the class that you love and make them a card then you can leave them on there desks and everyone will leave school today knowing they are loved ok class get started"

India smiled big knowing immediately who she wanted to make a card for mike nelson he was the popular boy and India found him cute. india spent such a long time making her card and putting lots of glitter on the hearts and once she finished she went and put it on his desk which was already littered in cards.

Class was nearly over and India was getting anxious as she sitted waiting patiently and suddenly the school bell rang out making everyone jump of there seats and run out the door while India slowly packed her bag and left the classroom feeling sad and unloved as no one made her a valentines day card.

The car ride home was quiet Cynthia could not get India to talk and she knew something had upset her. once they arrived home India dropped her bag in the hallway and went downstairs to the cellar which was recently turned into John's recording studio and she sat on a huge chair which swung from side to side while john played about with his guitar

" Ello princess how was school" he asked still plucking random notes on his guitar

" awful daddy" she said starting to cry

seeing her get so upset John put his guitar down and went over and picked India up and cuddled her close then he sat down with her on his knee

" whats wrong love"

" the teacher said we had to make valentine cards for someone to show them we love them but no one made me a card daddy i was the only one who never got a card even the teacher got 3 cards" she cried and John's heart broke

" you dont need cards to know your loved you are a very loved girl "

" but i never got a card"

India jumped of her daddy's knee and and went to her room

a few hours later india had just finished her pizza when the door bell rang and Cynthia went to answer it. john had not arrived down for his dinner which India found strange but she was to sad to think much about it

India turned her head to see who was at the door and she near fell off her stool when she saw her daddy and her uncles Paul George and Ringo standing there in there suits each one holding a card and one red rose

" what are you's doing" India asked completely confused and shocked at there attire

" well today is valentines day it is a day to show people how much you love them and we all love you India especially that daddy of yours so we are here to let you know that we love you" Paul said walking towards her

Each of them approached India and gave her a card and a rose and a kiss and she giggled the whole time and John felt proud that his idea to make india happy was working and what he did for India proved that he would do anything just to make her smile he never wanted her to feel any sadness
