time with George

" India are you near ready Uncle George is here waiting on you" my mum yelled up the stairs to me

" im just putting my shoe on"

Uncle George was taking me to his house so i can spend some time with him and Auntie Pattie and i loved spending time with them both they are alot of fun and their house is so cool

I quickly grabbed my beloved Teddy and ran down the stairs and gave my mum a quick hug and grabbed Geoge's hand and left. i did not bother to say goodbye to daddy as he would be to busy with Yoko.

I was glad when we arrived at George's home as i did not like travelling in his tiny car. I jumped out and ran to the front door and knocked on it while George locked the car

Pattie opened the door looking like a doll she was so pretty

" hello India darling"

" hello auntie Pattie" i said jumping into her arms for a hug which made George laugh.

I once overheard my mum and dad talk about how George and Pattie could not have children of their own and how they both saw me and Hollie as the kids they would never be blessed to have 

Pattie carried me into their living room which was so different to mine back home they had bean bags everywhere and they had no tv 

" what are we going to do today?" i asked 

" well you know how when people come to visit they paint something onto the outside of the house well i thought that today you can paint something on the house" he said

" i can paint whatever i want on your house" i asked amazed as i would be grounded for a year if i painted the walls back home

" yes" George answered laughing at how shocked i looked

" and i wont get into trouble for doing it"

' no"

George gave me one of his old t shirts to wear so my dress would not get covered in paint and the shirt was so long that it hit the ground

I spent around 2 hours painting a picture of four people holding each others hands with lots of different colours everywhere and when i was done i shouted for George and Pattie to come and look

" wow you done a great job who are those people you painted" George asked

" that's you me Pattie and Teddy" i answered and Pattie looked like she was going to cry

" that's beautiful sweetie" she said threw her tears

They took me indoors and after getting cleaned up and George and Pattie spending forever trying to scrub the black paint of my arms it was finally time for lunch which was Yummy Pattie was a great cook

After Lunch Pattie spent Girlie time with me and she curled my hair and put some make up on me she only put a little amount on me and once she was finished i could not help but laugh

" i look like a Dollie"

" you look adorable"

" Girls are you's nearly done India has to get back home it is nearly dinner time" George shouted from the other room where he was playing his guitar

I walked into the room where George was and he stopped playing to look at me

" wow India you look as cute as a button" he said which made me laugh that George thought buttons were cute

" do i have to go home?"

" yes it is nearly your dinner time"

" can i not stay here with you and Pattie i can have a sleepover"

" im sorry India we have to go out tonight but we will have a sleepover another night"

" ok" i sighed

i went and gave Pattie a huge hug

" i love you Pattie" i shouted before leaving making Pattie cry again

I was back home again and i was sad i wanted to stay with George i had alot of fun with him and i wanted to stay with him

George knocked on the front door and Daddy opened it and then stood to the side to let us both enter

" Ello Princess, alright George" 

" alright John "

" what have you got on your face" John asked just noticing my make up

" it's make up im going to be a modal like Auntie Pattie " i answered while doing funny poses and making the boys laugh

" Daddy Uncle George let me paint his wall on his house it was fun and i painted me and teddy with Uncle George and Auntie Pattie and they gave me lunch"

" sounds like you had alot of fun"

" yeah i had lots of fun"

" well i have to go Pattie's sister is having a party which i have to go to "

" thanks Geo for looking after her she obviously loved it with you's" John said giving George a hug

" no problem John you know we both love spending time with her she is a amazing little girl your lucky to have her"

" i know she is a great"

" ok squirt i have to go" George said to India while leaning down to her level and India started to cry

" i don't want you to go" India sobbed

" hey why are you crying you never cry when i drop you off"

" i want you to stay with me Uncle George"

" i can't sweetie but i will see you again soon" 

George lifted India up and gave her a huge hug and stroked the back of her hair

" i love you Uncle George" she cried into his neck

" i love you to squirt"

George put India down and John picked her up as she was still sobbing and it nearly broke George's heart walking out of John's house listening to India's cries and her shouts for him to come back
