meeting the boyfriend

John and Paul and George and Ringo were all in the living room John was pacing the floor and Paul was rocking back and forth on his seat while George sat quietly tapping his foot and Ringo was reading a magazine and they all shared the same expression one of complete fear and nervousness

Cynthia walked into the room and giggled at the scene in front of her

" look at you's looking all anxious you's are not going to the dentist you's know you's are just meeting India's boyfriend" she giggled again

" just meeting her boyfriend this is a big deal we need to see if he is good enough for her which I doubt he will be and we need to know what his intentions are" John said

" john please don't make this a big deal yes he will properly break her heart but don't all first loves end in heartbreak at some point lets just let her enjoy it and we will be there when she needs us"

" no way im not letting anyone break my little girls heart im her dad it is my job to protect her and if that means protecting her from this Aaron lad then ill do it"

" I agree with him no one is going to hurt our India" George added

Suddenly they all heard the door open

"mum dad im home"

They all started to make their way to the hallway when they heard her voice and they were now faced with the boy that was causing the boys so much panic

Aaron was pushing India's wheelchair and his face lit up when he saw John surrounded by the other 3

" oh my god its the Beatles I mean im such a huge fan im like the biggest fan of yours John" Aaron said all at once his excitement plain to see

John looked at the others his face full of annoyance

" so you are a huge fan huh bet you always wanted to meet us"

" yes sir I always wanted to meet ya's You's are like my heros"

India tensed up knowing that her dad would not approve of Aarons gushing over him and by the look of pure hatred on his face she was right.

"  well I hope your not with my daughter just so you can meet us" John added making India cringe

" hmmmm no " Aaron said looking sheepish

" excuse John he is a over protective dad don't pay him any attention" Cyn said trying to sooth the young man who looked scared and completely over whelmed

" he better pay attention to every word I say as I swear if she crys one single tear because of you I promise I will hunt you down I don't care if your a fan I will come after you"

Aaron looked completely petrified and he currently wished that he was anywhere else but here

"daddy please stop it your embarrassing me"

" well that's my job and one day you will be glad that I am protecting you"

" well shall we all sit down for dinner im sure you's are hungry" Cynthia said

" im sorry Mrs lennon but I think I need to go home as I ahhhhh I forgot I have to clean my room" Aaron said stammering threw his words

" oh well ok love well it was lovely to meet you"

" we invite you over for dinner and you cant even stay and India was excited and look at you letting her down"

" john back off your scaring the child"

" im sorry India ill see you tomorrow in school"

Aaron practically ran out of the house and John looked smug like all his points had been proved but when he looked down to see India's sad face his heart dropped

" I cant believe you did that you scared him he wont want to see me again" India cried

" he only wanted to meet us sweetie he was using you and that has just prove it"

" no you scared him and now he wont like me no more"

" well im glad I did so he wont hurt you"

" then scare yourself away so you cant hurt me no more"

" what you mean by that"

" you never want me to get hurt but you always hurt me" 

" that is not fair I have always apologizes for the mistakes I have made im not perfect"

" it is fair you ruin everything and I hate you" India screamed and the words stabbed john in his heart and he felt his eyes glisten with tears

" India apologize right now. you don't ever speak to your father like that" Cynthia shouted horrified at her daughters outburst

" no I wont "

" then go to your room right now and think about what you have said and you wont leave your room until you are ready to apologise" Cyn shouted

" then I shall be there forever then"

" well so be it. im not liking your attitude towards your dad and it needs to stop"

" whatever and It might have escaped your notice but im still in my wheelchair so I cant make it to my room without help"

" George will you carry India to her room and Ringo can you carry her wheelchair up"

The boys set to work and delivered them both safe and sound in her bedroom while John sat on the sofa looking like the air has been knocked out of him.

" she didn't mean it John she is angry and is just blowing of steam"

" I  Know but its the first time ever she has told me she hated me and it kinda hurt it just feels like bit by bit I am losing my little girl she is growing up and she wont idolize me no more she will see me as what I am a failure as a dad and today was the start of her hating me"

" don't be silly she will always love and idolize you she is just growing up and she is going to push boundaries and she will be cheeky and say things that will hurt  us both but sadly its all part of her growing up and she needs to grow up she cant and wont stay a little girl forever"

" I just cant accept she is growing up im not ready for it cyn I just cant accept that she is becoming a young lady it does not seem right its to soon"

John got up and walked out into the garden and Cynthia knew that India growing up is going to be hard on India and John and she was not looking forward to the battles she knew were to come which involved India wanting to grow up and John wanting to keep her a baby forever. Cynthia was preparing herself for the battles between father and daughter.

I sorry its so short I have just lost my motivation to write lately and its becoming harder im hoping it returns soon. im very sorry folks
