Weeks have gone by and thankfully Harry and I haven’t gotten into anymore arguments. Maybe we fought over stupid things that didn’t matter, but those didn’t really affect our relationship.

Honestly, I’m so happy with Harry. Although we haven’t seen each other in ages, I think the distance put between us really helped our relationship. The distance made us work harder to maintain our relationship and thankfully, we pulled through.

New Year’s is less than a week away and I’ve made a few decisions.

First of all, I’ve decided that after I visit Harry and the boys, I’m going to visit my dad.

I know a lot of people may find this as a stupid decision but I feel like I need some closure. I can’t just not face him ever again. The fact that he got help and wants to fix things only proves to me that he’s trying. I can’t just shoot him down, not after finding out that he’s trying.

I’m more than scared to visit him, but I need to do it. If I don’t I know that I’ll regret it. Although he was abusive, he wasn’t always like that. So maybe now he’s turned back into the man that married my mom.

I haven’t told anyone yet that I was going to go and visit my dad yet. I’m not even sure that I’m going to tell anyone at all. I don’t want anyone making a big fuss about me visiting my dad- especially Louis. Because he’s the only one who knows what happened before I moved to London, telling him will make him try to convince me to stay, and I can’t stay. I have to visit him and I already know Louis won’t let me.

I’ve also decided that I was going to surprise Harry by showing up at the New Year’s party he and the rest of the boys are attending.

Because the boys are doing a Christmas Charity concert I don’t want to be in their way for that. I’ve already planned it out with the boys.

I’m flying in on December 31st and will arrive at the airport in California at 2pm. Liam will pick me up and drop me off at the hotel where I’ll get ready for the New Year’s party.

When the countdown starts for New Year’s I’m going to surprise Harry. I know he’ll be so surprised and happy and excited and I just can’t wait! I miss him so much I just can’t wait to see him.

My bags are already packed. I’ve been ready to fly off to California for a week now. I’m so eager to go.

I was watching TV when I got a text from Harry. I miss you. Call me?

Although he didn’t say anything romantic, heart warming or interesting, I couldn’t help but break into a smile.

Just the fact that he was thinking about me puts a smile on my face.

I didn’t bother replying, I just dialled his number and after numerous rings, he picked up the phone.

“Hey babe.” His husky voice said through the phone.

“Hey Haz, how’s everything been?”

“It’s been good, we’ve been going through a lot of rehearsals for the Christmas concert, and it’s worn us all out.”

“But it’ll be worth it. Just think about how happy all those kids will be to see you lot performing.”

He chuckled. “Want to know what will make it even more worth it?”

“What?”

“If you’re there.”

I couldn’t help but laugh lightly as I shook my head. “I can’t make it Harry. I don’t want to distract you guys. This is an important concert and I don’t want to be in the way.”
