Are you alright?
Elijah said you cut off.

I'm fine I just dropped my phone.
I'm gonna spent the night with Rae.
I want to catch up with her since I've been gone with you for a while
Hope that's okay with you babe

You are not Lydia.

Kol knew the minute that he received Lydia's text message that something was wrong. When Elijah called and said that while they were speaking their call was interrupted, Kol immediately became alert. Elijah told him it sounded like scuffling but he couldn't be sure and Lydia did have a habit of tripping so he wouldn't be surprised if Lydia fell and broke her phone, but then he got her reply to his text and he instantly knew that wasn't her. Whoever it was made a mistake by using just one word. Had the person leave this word off, Kol might've not known although he probably would still try to call her.

If there was one word Lydia hated it was the word babe. She hated when someone called her that and she never used it either. It was what Jace used to call her. There was no way Lydia would ever use it which meant that someone else had her phone. Kol didn't give a damn about the phone obviously, it was Lydia he wanted back. Thoughts as to who could have taken her just began to race through his mind. He knew that she had gone to seen Jeremy which immediately put him and Elena at the top of his list. They were hellbent on getting Lydia away from him so it wouldn't surprise him if they were to try again. His other thought was Damon since he knew Damon would want to get back at him, however, Kol just came from Damon and Lydia must've been taken around that time.

Kol didn't want to think about the other option. Most likely, Elena, Damon or Jeremy wouldn't kill Lydia, neither would any of their friends, but if it was someone who was trying to hurt him, Kol feared that they would hurt or kill her. He killed every vampire he came across in London, no one from his past knew who she was unless they talked to someone who lived elsewhere. Kol had hundreds of enemies, any one of them could've taken her. Kol didn't care who it was though, because as far as he was concerned, the second they took her, they were going to die.

Kol pushed open the door to Klaus' art room, seeing him sitting in front of an easel with a paintbrush in his hand. He looked annoyed upon seeing Kol but Kol didn't care about that right now. The only thing he cared about was getting his girlfriend back in his arms.

"Where exactly did Lydia go?" Kol demanded the second he entered. Kol knew that Lydia was meeting Jeremy in the town, but she didn't say exactly where. Klaus was in the house when Lydia left. Maybe he knew."Her precise location."
