'Jon-' but Samwell stumbled and fell catching their attention. 'I'm sorry I'm not supposed to be down here I know but-' Jon hugged him, silencing him.

'What are you doing here at Winterfell? what did you read every book in the citadel already?' jon teased.  'What's wrong? Are Gilly and little Sam all right?' jon questioned

'I know that Daenerys executed my father and brother, they were her prisoners.' Sam told him, jons face dropped. 'she didn't tell you?'

'I'm so sorry we need to end this war..'

'Would you have done it?' Sam asked

'I've executed men who disobeyed me-'

'You've also spared men.' Sam reminded him.

'I was not a king' Jon reminded him

'But you were' Sam told him 'you have always been-'

'I gave up my crown Sam I bent the knee I am not came to north.' Jon told him.

'I'm not talking about king of the north I'm talking about king of the bloody 7 kingdoms!' Sam called after him as Jon marched away.

'I have a high septum diary and Bran has whatever Bran has.' Sam went on.

'What are you talking about?' Jon question

'Your mother was Lyanna stark and your father, your real father was Rheagan Targaryen you have never been a bastard, you are the true heir to the iron throne you are a Targaryen Jon... I know this is a lot to take I'm sorry!' sam called as jon began to pace back and forth.

'My father is the most honorable man I have ever met, you are saying he lied to me all my life?" jon questioned. 'he lied to me, all this time our whole journey together, from the wall to here and he didn't tell me?'

'Your father... Ned Stark promised your mother he would protect you and if he didn't Robert would've murdered you... you are the true king, protector of the realms, sixth of his name, all of it.' Sam told him.

'Daenerys is our queen'

'She should not be'

'That is treason' Jon warned him

'It is the truth! you gave up the crown to save your people, would she do the same?' sam questioned

Sasha couldn't breathe, she stumbled against one of the stautes in the crypt, using it for balance. She was down to two. Cersei and daenerys. Out of all the kings, all the fallen men wanting the throne she was finally down to two. But now jon was apparently the last living male Targaryen?  She had to talk to ned.

'who is jons mother?'  sasha questioned pushing ned into his room.

'wha-'

'Jon Snow. Your bastard.' She said slowly. 'who is his mother?' she snapped.

'I think you already know.' Ned said softly.

'why didn't you-'

'tell you?' ned finished. 'sasha I mean it when I say that I think you are our best option for us, the next ruler of the seven realms. I meant that and I still do.' Ned assured her.

'but the people would rather have a man than the daughter of a king that fucked his way through the capital.' Sasha reminded him. 'if Jon-'

'lyanna stark and rhaegar Targaryen.' Ned confirmed and sasha let out a long pained breath. She couldn't look at him. 'he is a good leader and fighter but sasha-'

'his claim, the same claim daenaerys has, she has two armies, two dragons... and what the fuck have I done? Ive run from the Lannister!' sasha declared.

'you ran towards something better than the capital. You ran towards a better life.' Ned told her. 'if you stayed there you would be dead right now.'

'I wish you would have told me.' sasha told him sadly.

'I wish I told you and jon, how did he find out.?'

'Samwell Tarly, from the wall... he told him. I don't know how her knew but he seemed very confident.' Sasha informed him.

'who else knows?'

'I don't know.' Sasha admitted. 'perhaps jon will be a better king.' Sasha admitted. 'better than cersei that's for sure.'

'sasha-'

'I'm not...' she was mad but not at ned. More at herself. While daenaerys was fighting for the crown she gathers armies and dragons and cersei built a fortress of fear. Sasha was more like her father than she realized. 'I'm grateful for our time together.' Sasha told him. 'I would not change that.' she assured him and he held her teary face in his hands. 'but I wish I had been doing something more to get my title back than pretending to be a bastard from the stormlands... hiding at the wall.' Sasha said miserably.

'you were assessing the competition, you helped save the wall from the wildlings-'

'stannis, he came to the rescue and then he was killed by renlys sworn sword. I ran when he came to the wall. Because I didn't want to die. I was scared. I let fear win and now I am no one and nothing and no claim.' Sasha informed him but he kissed her silencing her.

'you will always be my queen.' Ned informed her and she hugged him tight.

'I don't think I would have survived this without you.' She murmured through his chest.

'on the contrary it was you that saved me.'
