TODAY IS THE SCHOOL dance and i'm shit scared , wanna know why , i made a vowel to myself i'd ask out my BEST friend robin arellano , he's the popular cool guy and i'm the weirdo so i'm CERTAIN he won't like me , but hey you only live once gotta atleast try

me and robin have been friends since we could walk , we did boxing classes together had sleepovers regularly, we were inseparable

"so i'm guessing you have someone to go with for the dance" i said as i took my books out of my locker

"nope going solo" he said as he leaned on the locker next to mine holding eye contact

"oh...cool" i said

"you?" he said

"same" i said

"let's go together then...you know as friends" he said as he nudged my arm

"sure" i said smiling

me and robin went our separate ways to our classes

TIME SKIP

it was the end of the day which means the stupid dance , my mom had gotten me a dress and she was saying it was a surprise, i really hope the dress is nice

i started walking to my house when i felt someone put their hand on my back , next thing i knew robin jogged next to me his hand still placed on my back

"hello" he said with a nice smile

"hey" i said smiling

"so what dress did you get for the dance" he asked

"one im not telling you and two i don't know my mom is surprising me" i said

he laughed
"well you'll look great anyways" he said with blush on his cheeks

*IS HE BLUSHING!?*

i felt butterflies doing cartwheels in my stomach
"you'll look good too" i said

TIME SKIP AGAIN

i got home , i went into my room to see a beautiful black dress on my bed

"wow" i mumbled

"like it?" i heard my mom say

i turned and hugged her

"it's beautiful thank you" i said

"no problem robins gonna love you" she teased

"mom stop!" i laughed

"did you ask him to the dance" she said

"no...he said we could go as friends" i said lowering my head

"well he's gonna wanna be more then friends after tonight" my mom said

"i hope so" i said sighing

"it's ok you'll be fine now quickly get ready it's starting soon"

"ok thanks mom" i said

"no problem honey" she said as she left closing the door behind her

i got dressed into the dress , did my make up and hair , i put on some jewellery and some nice smelling perfume

"honey you ready!?" my mom yelled

"yes!" i said as i put on my last shoe

i walked down stairs and saw my mom waiting

she gasped when she say me

"holy...moly how did i make such a beautiful human" she said smiling widely

i laughed

"let's go shall we" she said

we got in the car and drove to the school where the dance was at

we finally arrived "have fun sweetheart" my mom said tucking hair behind my ear

"will do bye!" i said as i got out of the car

i fixed my dress before looking up to see robin there , he was staring at me with his mouth slightly parted

he looked SO handsome , i walked over to him with a smile

"santa mierda" he mumbled

"y-yeah thanks you look beautiful omg" he said

i laughed "thank you" i said

"hey robin!" my mom yelled from the car

"hey ms y/l/n" he said

"just a pre warning if she comes home with mascara running down her face you'll be dead meat arellano" my mom threatened as a joke

"i would never!" he laughed

she laughed "alright kids have fun!" she yelled as she drove off

we both walked into the dance

the hall was decorated with loads of party decorations, the dj was playing upbeat music

"let's get a drink" robin said as he grabbed my hand

i looked down at our hands that were intertwined , i blushed at the sight

he walked me to the drink table pouring a drink for me and him

"here" he said passing me a drink

"thanks" i said smiling

we both took a sip before slow music started playing , we both looked at each other cluelessly , we watched as couples started slow dancing

"uh...wanna dance?" he said

*OMGGG*

i nodded with a smile

he grabbed my hand walking me to the dance floor

i wrapped my hands around his neck and his hands placed on my waist

*holy shit holy shit holy shit*

i tried so hard to contain my blush

our body's were practically touching , we both swayed to the music while staring at each other in the eyes

his eyes searched my face looking at my features

"you know your very beautiful y/n" he said

*oh shit play it cool*

"thank you robin your very handsome" i said smiling

i saw him blush as he smiled

he stared into my eyes as i stared into his , then his eyes went from my eyes to my lips to my eyes again

he leaned in gently pressing his lips against mine , i panicked for a second but kissed back , when i kissed back i felt him smile into the kiss

we both pulled away from the kiss with big smiles

"y/n..."

"yes" i said

"i like you...like a lot" he said

i went full panic mode for sec

"i like you too..." i said

he smiled "will you be my girlfriend?" he said

"yes!" i said

he laughed as he leaned in pressing his lips against mine
