Y/N SAT ON THE couch in the living room, her mind pacing, she just found out her boyfriends been missing for 3 days, she didn't didn't want to believe it, it hurt her heart knowing that vance is probably in pain right now

she was so wrapped up in her thoughts she didnt even realise that her dad had entered the house

"y/n?" he said waving his hands in front of her face

she snapped out of it looking at him "oh hey dad" she said smiling

"you ok sweetie?" he said as he started unpacking the groceries

"yes" she said smiling

she noticed he had brought sprite, he doesn't even allow soft drinks in the house?

she was skeptical so she went and asked for one which he quickly turned down

"uhh no honey they're for...a work party" he said

"oh ok" she said

"um im just gonna go to my work space i'll be back" he said taking the sprite with him

her dad has this 'work space' in the house

he never let her see it tho, which she thought was really weird of him

she went and sat back down trying to figure out where vance might be

maybe he wasn't missing, maybe he just went wondering off to clear his mind or wanted some alone time?

everyone needs some alone time here and then right?

she didn't want to believe that vance had gotten taken or was jumped and killed

she wanted vance to be with her right now, hugging her telling her he was ok and safe

little did she know he was with her, under her, she wouldn't know this until later on

she was laying down staring at the ceiling, something in her head was telling her to open the 'work space' door

her dad came out of the 'work space' panting with scratches on his face, they were bleeding like crazy

"jesus dad what happened!?" she said running to him

"t-the dog attacked me" he said

he was lying he had gotten into a fight with vance, vance clawed at his face making him bleed
