𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐆𝐈𝐑𝐋𝐒 - 𝐫.𝐚

I SAT AT MY LUNCH table with my friend group, "so y/n excited for that dance your doing this afternoon" my friend arlia asked, i nodded my head smiling "i heard robins going" she smirked

my eyes widened, robin was my crush, i had the fattest crush on him, we always made eye contact in the hallways, he would smile and wink at me

but he never really talked to me, "he is!?" i said, they all nodded "yep! but so is jennifer, tess and ruth" they said "what!? nooo they're gonna make fun of me!!" i said

arlia sighed "just ignore them" she said

"oh yeah cause it's that simple" i said rolling my eyes

- DANCE

i was back stage, waiting for the crew that was on the stage to finish, i was super scared, the dance i was doing had a few 'slutty' moves in them which wasn't good considering i was doing this in front of my crush

the crew had finally finished, they bowed and left the stage, the stage then went black signalling it was my turn, i ran into the stage and got into position, the music started playing then the lights turned on, there was a lot of people looking at me.

i was used to it tho, i practically grew up dancing. i looked around trying to find my parents when my eyes came across...robin

he smiled at me and gave me a wink, he shouldn't have done that. i mean yes i loved it but it was very distracting.

i began doing the dance, i had noticed that there was a cross on the stage which no one told me about. weird.

i was in the middle of my dance, i stood on the cross, that's when all of a sudden paint and glitter came pouring down onto me.

my mouth widened and i out my hands out, i wiped the paint from my face, in the crowd i saw jennifer ruth and tess all laughing, i went to run away but slipped and fell

i heard a crack and a extremely painful feeling in my finger, i let out a blood curdling scream, it echoed around the whole stage

i began crying as i got up and ran off the stage, my dance teacher was in a panic and didn't know what to do.

everything had been sorted out. the show was canceled and they called the ambulance, they even called the police

they found out that tess jennifer and ruth were the ones who set it up and they were in custody as we spoke

the ambulance had fixed my finger and we had cleaned the paint and glitter off me

right now i was sitting in the first aid room alone, my finger bandaged up, my hair wet and in a messy bun, i was wearing seat pants and a hoodie

let's just say i wasn't looking my best, that's when i heard the door open

i thought it might have been my parents but nope, it was robin.

he entered the room and shut the door behind him, i looked at him in shock, i can't believe i'm in the same room alone with robin arellano "hey" he said with a smile

"h-hi" i said, i scolded myself in my mind for being so jittery

he came and sit down next to me "you ok?" he said "yeah" i chuckled

"how's your finger" he said, i showed him my finger "i would say good but it hurts" i said laughing

"i'm sorry about what happened...you didn't deserve that" he said

i shrugged "what can you do about it" i said as i sighed "beat the shit out of them" he said as he looked over at me with a grin

"now that's what you would do" i said "oh come on tell me you don't wanna beat the life out of them after what they did to you" he said

"oh trust me i do" i said chuckling "i would too" he said smiling

"uhm...why are you here anyways?" i said "i thought id come see you...make sure your ok" he shrugged "well thanks" i said smiling "no problem...but hey your a good dancer!" he said "you saw like 1 min of me dancing before i slipped over and broke my finger" i said laughing

"well that 1 min of dancing was good" he laughed "thanks" i said smiling

there was a moment where we just stayed quiet and stared into each other's eyes, i enjoyed that moment until he got up

he walked over to the desk that was near us, he grabbed a pen and came back

"pass me your hand" he said, i reached my hand out to which he held in his hand

his touch was warm and soft, he started drawing on the cast

he wrote his name with a smiley face, a heart and a star

"there you go looks more...vibrant!" he said smiling

i looked at it with a smile "yeah looks way better now" i said chuckling

"thank me later when i'm famous and you can say 'oh yeah i had robin arellano's signature on my cast'" he chuckled

"oh are you gonna be famous are you?" i said "hell yeah!" he said

"doing what?" i said, he thought about it "oh shit i don't know" he said laughing

i chuckled, he chuckled too "you have a nice laugh you know that" he said

"pfft no i don't" i said "yeah you do compared to the other girls, they sound like dying dolphins" he chuckled

i laughed "that's true...well you have a nice smile" i said, he smiled and blushed "thanks" he said

we made heavy eye contact, he looked at my lips and back at my eyes, i felt as he leaned in and pressed his lips against mine

i immediately kissed back, he gripped my hips and brought me onto his lap, his lips were smooth, i felt butterflies at the touch of his skin
