I LAID ON vance's chest, he played with my hair as i traced shapes on his chest with my finger, we sat in a comfortable silence.

i lifted my head from his chest looking him in the eye "do you think i should come out to my parents?" i asked him "if you want to" he said smiling

"what if they don't support?" i said, he took a breath "if they don't, they don't, if they don't like who you truly are then fuck them, come live with me" he said smiling

i smiled "ok" i said smiling, i love vance, he's always been so gentle with me.

TIME SKIP

me and vance walked to my house, when we got there my parents were in the lounge room watching tv, me and vance looked at each other, i was very nervous.

he smiled at me, seeing his smile made me feel like everything went away for a split second. i smiled back and walked to the lounge room where my parents watched the news

"mom...dad" i said "yeah?" they both said "uhm..." i said looking at vance "me and...vance are dating" i said, they both looked at me with wide eyes

i got scared that they might not support, "o-oh! uhm...well you are who you are honey, we can't change that" my mom said smiling "yeah" my dad said

i felt the weight lift off my shoulders "im so happy" i said smiling "we are happy your comfortable with telling us" my mom said, i smiled and hugged both of them

i went over to vance and hugged him too "see wasn't so hard" he said chuckling, i smiled, i finally felt happy.
